I 摘要 2002 年 8 月国家教委颁布的《全国普通高等学校体育课程教学指导纲要》中明确 指出,“汲取世界优秀体育成果与继承弘扬我国民族传统体育项目相结合,要注意体现 教材的时代性、多样性,并要充分体现教材的民族性和中国特色。”作为一种民间新兴 的体育运动项目——广场健身舞,深受广大女性的喜爱。广场健身舞是一种以健身为目 的、以歌舞形式呈现的、具有节奏韵律感和艺术美感、深受广大群众喜爱的体育健身活 动。广场健身舞的场地器材设施较为简便,在我国有着良好的群众基础,将其在高校女 生体育课堂上开展,不仅可以塑造女生优美的身体姿态,而且可以培养女生内在的气质, 从而使女生具备健美外形和优雅的举止风范,同时也丰富学生的校园文化生活。 本文采用文献查阅法、问卷调查法、访谈法、逻辑归纳法、数理统计法,以广场健 身舞在福建省本科院校女生体育选项课开展的可行性为研究内容,通过调查研究和统计 分析,得出主要结论如下: 一、从女生对广场健身舞态度方面的调查显示,85%的女生对广场健身舞有一定的 了解。大多数的女生认为广场健身舞的特点多集中为有氧健身、民族性、娱乐性、动作 优美等。有80.2%的女生期待将广场健身舞在福建省普通高校体育课堂上开展。这在一 定程度上说明,广场健身舞在高校体育课堂的开展,女生是持积极的态度。 二、从教师对广场健身舞态度方面的调查显示,有86.7%的体育教师对广场健身舞 有一定的了解。90.7%的教师肯定了广场健身舞能增进女生的身心健康。88%的体育教师 认为开展广场健身舞简单易学,容易在高校体育课堂中开展。说明了广场健身舞在高校 体育课堂的开展,大部分教师是持肯定的态度。 三、通过访谈福建省本科院校体育院系的领导对广场健身舞的态度,大多数院系领 导支持广场健身舞在高校体育课堂上开展。 四、通过对福建省本科院校在师资队伍方面的调查显示,福建本科高校具备了开展 广场健身舞课程的师资条件。体育教师(健美操、体育舞蹈、体操)都喜欢广场健身舞, 通过学习和进修广场健身舞课程,可以担任广场健身舞课程的教学任务。闽南师范大学教育学硕士学位报告 II 五、通过对福建省本科院校的场地器材等相关配套设施方面的调查显示,福建本科 院校满足了广场健身舞开课的场地、设施条件。说明了将广场健身舞在福建省本科院校 体育课堂开展是切实可行的。 六、通过对广场健身舞选项课教学大纲设计的探讨,在明确教学目标的基础上,师 生认为大纲中的教学内容较符合高校女生体育学习和锻炼的实际需要。考核方法既有过 程与结果相结合,又有对学生的运动技能、情感态度、合作精神等方面内容的全面评价。 关键词:本科高校女生;体育选项课;广场健身舞;开展;可行性Abstract III Abstract In August,2002, the State Education Commission promulgated the National Ordinary College Sports Curriculum Teaching Instruction Summary and clearly pointed out, we should draw the world excellent sports results and the inheritance of national traditional sports project combination, should pay attention to the times, diversity reflected the textbook and teaching materials, and fully reflect the nationality and Chinese characteristics. As a kind of folk sports project emerging -- square dance, loved by the broad masses of women. Square dance is a kind of fitness for purpose, presenting in the dance form of physical activity, has the sense of rhythm and artistic beauty, loved by the masses. Square dance fitness equipment is simple, having a good foundation in our country. The girls in the university classroom, can not only create the female graceful posture, but also can train their inherent temperament, so that they have the body shape and elegant manners style. Square dance can enrich the campus cultural life of the students. This paper uses literature method, questionnaire method, interview method, logic analysis, mathematical statistics, the feasibility of square dance’ carrying out on female college students of physical education course in Fujian province as the research content, through the investigation and statistical analysis. The main conclusions as follows: Firstly, surveying from the square, the exercising attitude of girls, the girls of 85% have a certain understanding about square dance. Most of the girls think that square dance fitness more concentrated aerobic fitness, nationality, entertainment, graceful, and most girls prefer a square dance. and girls of 80.2% look forward to square dance’carrying out in the sports classroom in Colleges and universities of Fujian Province. This shows that in a certain extent, this dance in college physical education courses for the Plaza fitness, students hold a positive attitude. Secondly, attitude of teachers from the survey of the square dance, 86.7% of the teachers have some solutions on the square dance. 90.7% of the teachers affirm that square dance can improve the mental and physical health. 88% of the teachers think that the development of闽南师范大学教育学硕士学位报告 IV square dance is easy to learn, and easy to carry out in College PE courses. To square dance in PE class, the attitude of most of teachers are positive. Thirdly, through the interviewing of Fujian province undergraduate colleges and universities leadership on the square dance attitude, most of the faculty leaderships support square dance’carrying out in College Physical Education class. Fourthly, through the surveying of the teachers' team in the universities of Fujian, Province, Fujian universities have carried out the square dance curriculum teaching conditions. Physical education teachers (aerobics, sports dance, gymnastics) are fond of square dance. Through learning and training exercise, dance classes, we can act as teaching task of the square dance. Fifthly, through the surveying of Fujian province college site equipment and other related facilities, Fujian undergraduate colleges and universities have the square dance school venues, facilities. The square dance carrying out in Fujian province undergraduate course colleges and universities is feasible. Sixthly, through the discussion on the syllabus Plaza fitness dance course design, based on the clear teaching objectives, teachers and students think that the actual needs of teaching contents in the outline of the more in line with the college girl students in PE and exercise. Assessment method has a combination of process and result, comprehensive evaluation and sports skills, the students' emotional attitude, the spirit of cooperation and other aspects .
