在进行配电自动化项目可行性研究是工程建设前期工作的重要步骤,是编制建设项 目设计任务书的依据,也是电力建设项目立项之前的必需工作。对工程项目进行可行性 研究是基本建设管理中的一项重要基础工作,是保证工程项目在有限的投资下能够得到 最佳经济效益的科学方法,工程项目的可行性研究是确定项目是否进行投资决策的依 据,在项目投资决策和项目运作建设中具有十分重要的作用。 潍坊供电公司智能配电网建设,将在坚强网架建设的基础上,通过打造“坚强、可 靠、智能、绿色”的电力供应网络,建设成为具备“自愈、兼容、互动、优化”特征的, 高效实用、具有可持续发展能力的全覆盖智能配电网。通过智能配电网的自愈控制、分 布式电源接入控制、信息系统间互动及用户互动、经济优化运行等功能,提高潍坊城市 配电网的供电可靠性和快速复电能力,提升运营和管理水平,有效缩短配电线路故障停 电时间,提高用户满意度,实现配电网的卓越运营。我们从潍坊城市核心区配电网智能 化建设项目的技术基础、建设区域概况、建设目标及原则等方面对其进行了技术评估, 提出了建设方案。最后,依照有关概算和相关效益评价方法,对该项目的经济效益进行 分析,表明该项目具有较好的社会经济效益,从国民经济角度分析可行,该项目有较强 的抗风险能力。 关键词,潍坊核心区;智能;配电自动化;配电网哈尔滨工程大学硕士学位报告 Abstract Project feasibility study of the Distribution automation is an important procedure for the work of project construction in the early stage and the foundation of drawing up construction project designing assignment. It’s also the preparation of construction projects on the basis of design tasks and the work which before the Electric power construction project. Project feasibility study is the basic construction management is an important foundation work.It’s the scientific method of ensuring that the project which in the limited investment can get optimal economic benefits. Project feasibility study is to determine whether the project is the basis for investment decision-making.The feasibility study of project plays a very important role in project investment decision and project operation construction . The intelligent distribution network construction of Weifang power supply company will baseing on the strong network construction. By creating a strong, reliable, intelligent, green power supply network we built the full coverage of smart distribution network which is efficient and practical and capacity for sustainable development with the feature of self-healing, compatibility, interactive, optimize. Through the control of self-healing and distributed power supply the intelligent distribution network , information system interaction and user interaction, reliability and economy of Weifang city functions, we can improve the power supply reliability of distribution network and fast restoration ability and enhance the operation and management level of distribution line fault. By shorting the outage time and improving the customer satisfaction, we can realize the distribution network operational excellently. From assessing the project from it’s technical foundation, construction area, construction of objectives and principles ,we propose the construction scheme. Finally, according with the relevant budgetary estimate and benefit evaluation method, we analyse the economic benefits of the project.Through that showing the project have a good social and economic benefits. Through the analysis in the angle of national economy ,the project aslo can resist risks.
