《中共中央国务院关于深化教育改革全面推进素质教育的决定》指出,“健康 体魄是青少年为祖国和人民服务的基本前提,是中华民族旺盛生命力的体现。学 校教育要树立健康第一的指导思想,切实加强体育工作。” [1] 《课程标准》突出 强调要尊重教师和学生对教学内容的选择性,注重教学评价的多样性,使课程有 利于激发学生的运动兴趣,养成坚持体育锻炼的习惯。大学生是一个重要的群体, 他们的心理健康与否直接关系到祖国的未来。而在当今的大学校园里,健美操、 篮球、足球等,这些在小学就能够接触到的运动项目,使得学生不在对体育有更 浓厚的兴趣。如何吸引学生,这是新环境下,大学体育课程面临的一个新问题。 所以大学体育课程应该受到更多关注。 啦啦队运动,它起源于美国,并且现在已经发展成为了一项现代化多样化的 体育运动,它是指在富有节奏感的音乐的衬托下,通过队员完成一系列的舞蹈动 作以及结合特殊运动技巧的动作来展示充满激情、积极向上的团队精神,同时也 是追求最高集体荣誉感的一项深受年轻人喜爱的体育运动。它的项目特点,一是 表现形式灵活多样,既可是一种舞蹈的表现形式,如拉丁、爵士、街舞、踢踏舞等, 也可是舞种间的组合。二是鲜明的节奏感和强烈的感染力。三是注重团队之间的 合作。四是广泛的适应性。所以从啦啦队的特点来看符合体育课程标准对课程内 容的要求,即符合学生身心发展、年龄和性别特征,运动形式活泼,能激发学习 兴趣;具有健身性、知识性和科学性。因此,将啦啦队运动增加到大学体育课程 中将会使大学生在诸多方面受益,具有一定的必要性。 本研究运用了文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、实验法、数理统计法、逻 辑分析法等研究方法对黑龙江省普通高校(本科)体育课程增设啦啦队运动的可 行性进行了研究,最后得出结论, 1、大学体育课程增设啦啦队运动具有一定的重要性和必要性,它不仅符合 大学生身心发展的需求,也满足大学体育教师的需求;它既贯彻和实施了新课程 标准的要求,也是大学生素质教育的需求。因此大学体育课程增设啦啦队运动是 很重要且很有必要的。 2、大学体育课程增设啦啦队运动是可行的,首先从理论角度看,它不仅得到了学校领导以及辅导员和班主任的支持,还满足了高校体育教学系统各要素的 要求;其次,从实证角度看,实验过程中,教师在学校现有的条件下,能够完成 教学并达到教学目标,说明大学体育课程增设啦啦队运动具有可操作性。此外, 啦啦队运动作为体育教学的内容和其他体育课程可以达到同样的效果,并且对大 学生学习体育兴趣具有一定的促进作用。进而验证了大学体育课程增设啦啦队运 动的可行性。 在上述基础上,本研究还针对以后需要注意的问题及后续研究的方向等方面 提出了一些意见和建议, 1、高校主管部门应开展对大学体育教师,特别是从事啦啦队运动教学教师 的培训,促进啦啦队运动作为正式体育课程内容在高校体育课程中顺利开展。 2、啦啦队运动作为新兴的体育课程,高校领导应积极开展对学生的兴趣引 导,同时加大宣传力度,使更多的学生加入到该项目中来,从而使啦啦队运动课 程步入良性循环的轨道。 3、本研究的可行性部分是把啦啦队运动内容贯穿于教学的整个过程,没有 将其单独放在准备、基本和结束部分,因而高校教师在教学过程中可以把啦啦队 运动内容与其它体育课程内容灵活使用。使高校体育课程更加丰富多样。这也将 作为本研究的一个后续研究。 4、各高校体育教师在啦啦队运动的教学中不要局限于本研究的实验内容, 而可以选择、加工和创编更多适合于大学生的啦啦队运动内容,在教学中对其进 行创新和改进,使啦啦队运动在高校体育课中发挥更好的实际效果。 关键词,啦啦队运动 高校体育 体育课程 可行性Abstract CPC Central Committee and State Council on Deepening the Reform decision to promote quality education, pointed out: good health is a young country and the people's basic premise is to reflect the vitality of the Chinese nation. College students are an important group, their physical and psychological health is directly related to the future of the motherland. In today's university campus, aerobics, basketball, football, etc., these schools will be able to come into contact sport, so that students are not more sports interest. How to attract students, this is a new environment, the university physical education faces a new problem. So the University of Physical Education should be more attention. Cheerleading, which is originated in the United States, a modern sports, is set off in the music, through the completion of the superb athletes sports skills and cheerleading and special combination of dance movements, embodies the youthful, healthy team spirit and pursue the highest honor a team sport. Its characteristics of the project, one form of flexible, can be a form of dance, such as Latin, jazz, hip-hop, tap dancing, but dance is also a combination of species. Second, a distinctive rhythm and strong appeal. Third, focus on team cooperation. Fourth, a wide range of adaptability. Therefore, from the cheerleaders look at the characteristics of the standard physical education curriculum consistent with the requirements of the course: the interests of the students physical and mental development, age and gender characteristics, physical forms and lively, can stimulate interest in learning; has the fitness, knowledge and scientific. Thus, the cheer squad to make the University of Physical Education Students will benefit in many ways, the need for certain. The study used literature, questionnaire, interview, experiment, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and othermethods of Heilongjiang university(undergraduate) course additional Cheerleading Sports conducted a feasibility study, and finally get the conclusion: 1 、 University of Physical Education course for Cheerleading has some importance and necessity of not only the students of the demand, but also to meet the needs of the University of Physical Education Teachers; It is a follow-up and implementation of new curriculum standards, but also the demand for Quality Education . Therefore, additional cheerleading college physical education curriculum is very important and very necessary. 2、additional Cheerleading college physical education curriculum is feasible: First, from a theoretical point of view, it not only received the support of school leaders and counselors, but also meets the elements of college physical education system requirements; secondly, from an empirical perspective, the experiment , teachers in schools under the existing conditions, able to complete the instruction and teaching objectives, to explain the addition of physical education cheerleaders sports operability.
