随着国际经济的区域化和一体化,企业的生存和发展面临着巨大的挑战,一 方面,就我国企业所处的外部环境来看,经济全球化、技术创新加快、信息迅速 膨胀、风险和不确定程度的增加、可预测性的下降,使企业的竞争难度加大,企 业面对不断变化的外部环境,不得不采取措施应对这种市场环境,例如采用新技 术的生产方式、新的营销方式、新的企业文化、新的管理措施、新的经营战略等, 以此来提升企业的竞争力;另一方面,伴随着企业不断地发展壮大,繁杂的管理 程序,会造成企业对外部信息接收的反应速度变慢,工作效率变低,会影响企业 的生存和发展,企业想要摆脱这些困境,就需要对企业本身进行改革,需要企业 内部具有创新精神和创业能力的人来引领企业进行创新创业活动,使企业在同行 业中站稳脚跟,保持持续的创新能力,获得更多的收益。现实企业中存在着这部 分有创新激情和创业能力的创业型雇员,但由于企业没有对这类员工与普通员工 加以分也并没有配套的激励机制导致这部分员工不能发挥出其原本的能力,造成 了人力资源的浪费,还损失了企业的资源和技术。 在此背景下,本文首先对本次研宄主体所处的背景、研究意义、研宄现状、 研究内容与方法以及创新点进行了简要的分析,对本文整体进行了简要的论述, 为读者基本介绍了本文研宄的价值。之后,本文对此次研究主题相关理论内容进 行了阐述与总结,为之后文章的写作提供其所需要的理论基础,提供指导意见。 本文对创业型雇员的相关概念进行补充,然后通过演化博弈方法分析得到政府、 企业及创业型雇员三者的演化均衡状态。并以此为基础,得出创业型雇员的激励 机制。 通过本文的研究得出以下结论:(1)政府对创业型雇员创业环境的形成起 到了促进的作用,政府可施行经济方面与其他方面的政策激励创业型雇员;(2) 当创业型雇员创业初期容易失败时,企业应注重自身的资源配套以及变革传统的 管理理念和组织架构,使得创业型雇员敢于尝试自己的想法;(3)在创业型雇 员相对刚开始容易创业成功时,企业应从创业型雇员的诉求点考虑,为保持创业 型雇员的创新活力,避免优秀创业型雇员跳槽,企业应从物质、精神、企业文化 这三个方面对创业型雇员进行激励。当创业型雇员创业型雇员发挥自己的能力进 行创新活动,会使企业在未来的发展过程中时刻保持着创新的能力,给企业带来 一定的效益。 关键词:创业型雇员;特质;演化博弈;激励机制iii ABSTRACT As the international economic regionalization and integration,the survival and development of the enterprise is facing enormous challenges,On the one hand, on the external environment of Chinese enterprises,economic globalization,technological innovation and accelerate the rapid expansion of information, risk and increasing degree of uncertainty,predictability decreased,so the competition to increase the difficulty of the enterprise,enterprises which faced with the change of external environment had to take measures to deal with this kind of market environment, such as the use of new technology production methods, new marketing, new corporate culture, new management practices, new business strategies, in order to to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises;On the other hand, along with the business continue to grow, complicated administrative procedures, can cause reaction speed slows to external information received, the working efficiency becomes low, it will affect the survival and development of enterprises,companies want to get rid of these difficulties,we need reform of the enterprise itself,require the enterprise with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability of people to lead firms to innovate entrepreneurial activities, to enable enterprises to gain a firm foothold in the industry, maintain a sustained ability to innovate, to get more revenue.There are some entrepreneurial employees who have entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial ability.Because the company does not divide such employees and ordinary employees,and there is no relational incentive mechanism,this part of the staff can not exert their original ability.This phenomenon not only cause the waste of human resources, but also waste the resources and technology of company. In this background,this paper firstly studies the subject of this study the ,research purpose,research significance,research status,research content,research methods and innovation are briefly analysed,on the whole are briefly discussed,for the reader of this paper describes the basic value.After that,this paper expounds and summarizes the related theoretical contens of the research topic,providing the theoretical basis for the writing of the following articles,and providing guidance.This paper supplement related concepts of entrepreneurial employees,and get the evolutionary equilibrium of government, business and entrepreneurial employees by evolutionary game method.Finally get incentive mechanism of Entrepreneurial employee through the above conclusions. Through the research of this paper, the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The government promoted the formation of entrepreneurial environment foriv entrepreneurial employees,the government can implement economic and other policies to motivate entrepreneurial employees;(2)When entrepreneurial employees are prone to failure at the beginning of their business,Enterprises should pay attention to their own resource support and change the traditional management philosophy and organizational structure to make Entrepreneurial employees dare to try their own ideas;(3)When entrepreneurial employees are relatively easy to the beginning,enterprises should consider the point of appeal of entrepreneurial employees.In order to maintain the creative vitality of entrepreneurial employees, avoid excellent entrepreneurial employees to change jobs,enterprises should motivate entrepreneurial employees from three aspects: material, spiritual and corporate culture.If entrepreneurial employees use their abilities to innovate,enterprises will always maintain the ability to innovate in the future development process and bring certain benefits to the enterprise.
