1 新媒体环境下《特别关注》云出版的可行性研究 摘要 新媒体环境给传统纸媒的发展带来冲击的同时也提供了机遇。纸媒读者的注意 力被转移、获取内容的方式发生变化、阅读习惯也在逐渐改变,读者对内容质量与 数量产生了更高要求,推动纸媒转型升级。 《特别关注》作为文摘类期刊的杰出代表,具有较高社会知名度以及可观的市 场发行量,在当前新媒体环境下该刊期发行量从最高时的 431 万份已降至不足 200 万份,行销受到明显影响。许多刊物为了跟上时代脚步,争相开始探索数字化转型 道路,并推出数字版以拓宽营收渠道,而《特别关注》却在传统纸质出版行业发展 态势下行的情况下仍以纸质刊这“一条腿”走路,体现出对数字化探索的不足。 由云计算作为技术支持、本质上仍属于数字出版的云出版,可以实现整个出版 传媒产业“无库存、无退货、无欠款”的三无目标,以助力出版社更好实现数字化 发展。借助云出版平台的搭建,出版社可以弥补纸质刊物固有的缺陷,在实现云编 辑、云发行等内容的基础上,出版社真正成为了掌握自身数字出版的主人,读者也 将拥有更高的阅读自由度与阅读便捷性,获得更好的阅读体验。因此发展云出版将 对出版社和读者产生双向利好效果。 当前,《特别关注》自身具备转型的动能,当前实现云出版所需的技术与设备 条件以及新媒体环境条件与政治、经济、社会等方面的条件已较为成熟,该刊的受 众也具备一定的云出版接受基础,《特别关注》云出版具备一定的可行性。 关键词:新媒体环境 《特别关注》 云出版 可行性ABSTRACT FEASIBILITY STUDY ON CLOUD PUBLISHLING OF SPECIAL FOCUS IN NEW MEDIA ENVIRONMENT ABSTRACT The new media environment not only brings impact to the development of traditional papermedia,but alsoprovidesopportunities.Papermediareaders'attentionhasbeenshifted, the way of obtaining content has changed, and their reading habits are gradually changing. Readers have higher requirements on the quality and quantity of content, which promotes the transformation and upgrading of paper media. As an outstanding representative of abstract journals, Special Focus has a high social awareness and a good market circulation. Under the current new media environment, its circulation has dropped from 4.31 million to less than 2 million, and its marketing has been significantly affected. In order to keep pace with the times, many journals are scrambling to explore the way of digital transformation and launch digital edition to broaden revenue channels. However, Pay Special Attention still walks on the one leg of paper publishing under the situation of traditional paper publishing industry development, which reflects the deficiency of digital exploration. Cloud publishing, which is supported by cloud computing and still belongs to digital publishing in essence, can achieve the three goals of no inventory, no return, no arrears in the whole publishing media industry, so as to help publishing houses achieve better digital development. With the help of cloud publishing platform, publishing houses can makeup fortheinherent shortcomings ofpaperpublications. Onthebasisofrealizingcloud editing, cloud publishing and other contents, publishing houses have become masters of their own digital publishing. Readers will also have a higher degree of freedom and convenience of reading, and get a better reading experience. Therefore, the development of cloud publishing will have a two-way beneficial effect on publishing houses and readers. At present, Special Focus has the momentum of transformation. At present, the technical and equipment conditions for cloud publishing, as well as the new media environment conditions and political, economic and social conditions are relativelymature.ABSTRACT The audience of Special Focus also has a certain acceptance basis for cloud publishing.
