I 摘要 小微企业是我国国民经济发展中一支重要的力量、是促进经济增长的重要组成、是 税收增长的重要源泉、是扩大就业的重要渠道、是万众创新的重要载体。如何发展小微 企业,这已经是世界性的课题。思想教育在国有大中型企业中占有重要地位,但在小微 企业中并不受到重视,研究小微企业思想教育的改进对提升小微企业的竞争力与企业文 化的升华有着重要的意义。改进小微企业的思想教育,可以使之适应当前经济社会需要、 规范企业管理、构建企业文化、调动员工积极性、发展企业生产力,因此这是很有价值 的研究方向。本文通过对小微企业 Y 公司思想教育的改进研究,希望从思想教育方面能 探讨出促进小微企业发展的思路和方法,并且能对小微企业的企业文化建设有积极的指 导意义。本文通过文献研究法、访谈法与案例分析法,综合研究了小微企业 Y 公司的思 想教育改进方法,将党建工作与企业管理相结合,针对 Y 公司存在的诸如对思想教育改 进重视不足、投资不够、缺乏创造性、缺少新思路等问题,提出了有建设性和可操作性 的改进方法。 关键词,小微企业; 思想教育工作; 企业文化西北大学硕士学位论文 II ABSTRACT Small and micro businesses are an important force in Chinese national economic development, an important component in promoting economic growth, an important source of tax revenue growth, an important channel for expanding employment, and an important carrier of mass innovation. How to develop sm all and m icro enterprises has becom e a worldwide issue. Ideological education p lays an importan t role in state-owned lar ge and m edium-sized enterprises, but it is not paid attention to in small micro enterprise. It is of great significance to study the improvement of ideological education methods in small and micro enterprises to enha nce their competitiveness and sublimation of enterprise culture. How to im prove the ideological education methods in small and micro enterprises so as to adapt them to the curre nt economic and social needs, standardizing enterprises management, building enterprises culture, arousing the enthusiasm of workers and developing enterprise productivity is a valuable research di rection. Through the research on the improvement of the ideological education work method of Y company, a small and micro enterprise, this paper hopes to explore the ideas and m ethods to promote the development of small and micro en terprises from the aspect of ideological education work, which can have positive guiding significance for the construction of enterprise culture of small and micro enterprises. In this paper, by using literature method, interview method and case analysis, it comprehensively studies the im provement methods of ideological e ducation in Y company which is a small and micro enterprise. It combines the enterprise party construction with the enterprise management, and puts forward constructive and feasible solutions to the problems existing in the small and enterprise Y company, such as insufficient attention to improvement of ideological education, insufficient investment, lack of creativity and lack of new ideas. It provides therotical support for the improvem ent of ideological education m ethods in small and micro enterprises.
