I 基于人工智能的民办高校教学管理改革研究 摘要 我国的民办学校最早可追溯到春秋时期，现代民办高校最早出现在 20 世纪 80 年代，到现在已经走过了 30 多年的历程，民办高校依然成为了我国高等教育 重要的不可分割的一部分，它满足了社会教育的需要，缓解了国家高等教育资源 的短缺，实现我国高等教育大众化做出了重要贡献。2017 年 9 月，我国实施了 新的《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法》，该法规定民办学校可以根据创办人的 意愿选择成立为营利性或非营利性的学校。这意味着，在这个阶段，民办学校不 仅面临前所未有的竞争，而且还带来了创造品牌的机会。 近年来，人工智能、深度学习、移动互联网等技术的迅猛发展，有关人工智 能类的产品已经应用到我们工作、生活、学习等许多地方，使我们的工作、学习、 生活更加的便捷、便利。民办高校能不能搭上“人工智能时代”的快车，改善自 己的教学管理方式、提升教学质量、提升学校的总体竞争力，为社会输送更多的 优秀人才是个重要的问题。因此，探讨基于人工智能的民办高校教学管理改革研 究，具有重要的现实意义。 改革开放以来，我国经济快速发展，同时对我国民办高校的发展也带来了深 远影响，人工智能技术的迅速发展为我国民办高校的发展提供了一个新的方向。 本文通过 PEST 和 SWOT 分析法对民办高校的教学管理改革环境进行了详细的 分析，然后分别从教学资源、教与学的方式、教学评价方式、教学管理方式 4 个方面分析了人工智能技术对教学管理的影响。最后对民办高校将人工智能运用 到教学管理中提出相对应的办法和实施保障体系。 本文作者通过文献阅读、案例分析，对人工智能技术、民办高校的现状进行 了分析，提出将人工智能技术运用到民办高校教学管理中，以提高教学质量，从 而提高办学水平的思路。 关键词：人工智能；智能化教学管理；民办高校ABSTRACT III RESEARCH ON TEACHING MANAGEMENT REFORM OF PRIVATE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES BASED ON ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ABSTRACT China's private schools can be traced back to the Spring and Autumn Period. In recent years, the rapid development of artificial intelligence, deep learning, mobile Internet and other technologies, artificial intelligence products have been applied to many places in our work, life, learning, etc., making our work, study, and life more convenient and convenient. Whether private colleges can catch the artificial intelligence era express train, improve their teaching management methods, improve teaching quality, improve the overall competitiveness of the school, and send more outstanding talents to the society is an important issue. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to explore the research on teaching management reform of private colleges based on artificial intelligence. Since the reform and opening up, China's rapid economic development, but also has a far-reaching impact on the development of private colleges and universities in China. The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology provides a new direction for the development of private colleges and universities in China. This paper makes a detailed analysis of the teaching management reform environment of private colleges and universities by means of PEST and SWOT analysis. Then it analyzes the influence of artificial intelligence technology on teaching management from four aspects: teaching resources, the way of teaching and learning, the way of teaching evaluation and the mode of teaching management. Finally, the paper puts forward the corresponding methods and implementation guarantee system for private colleges and universities to apply artificial intelligence to teaching management.
