随着全国高校毕业生人数的持续增长,大学生的就业压力日益加大,同时也
引起国家对大学生就业、创业问题的日益重视,并出台了很多扶持大学生就业创
业的优惠政策。自第一届大学生创业大赛在清华大学举办以来,我国的创业教育
及创业实践活动开始蓬勃发展,其中,高校的创新创业教育培养了大学生的创业
思,维奠定了大学生创业所需的知识基础,也激发了大学生的创业热情;而创业
实践则为大学生的理论学习和“创业梦”提供了检验的平台。高校创业基地是一
种有效的解决大学生创业难的实践平台,目前,全国范围内己经建立了很多高校
创业基地,由于起步较晚,创业基地的运营管理还处于摸索阶段,管理水平层次
不齐,没有形成规范合理的管理模式,已有20年发展历史的民办高校作为我国高
等教育中一支重要力量,为国家和社会培养了大量人才,具有不可小觑的地位,
因而本文将针对民办高校创业基地的运营管理进行研究,以期为民办高校创业基
地的管理提出建设性的对策,具有一定的理论和实践意义。
首先,本文从研究背景、研究意义入手,阐述了论文选题的依据、合理性以
及必要性;之后系统的对创业基地的相关概念、作用以及现有民办高校创业基地
的运营管理模式进行了理论分析;然后对我国一些高校的创业基地的运营管理现
状进行了分析。经过研究分析发现,大连东软信息学院的大学生创业中心(SOVO)
具有一定的创新意义,因此,本文对大连东软信息学院的大学生创业中心(S0V0)
进行了简单介绍并分析了其运营管理情况以及实施效果。最后,在借鉴国外发达
国家创业教育和创业实践经验以及大连东软S0V0体系成功之处的基础上,提出了
改进后较为完善的一般性民办高校创业基地运营管理对策。创业基地的运营管理
对策是按照宏观到微观”的逻辑提出的,首先宏观的阐述了民办高校创业基地
的功能定位、运营管理模式、文化建设和信息平台管理,之后从微观角度具体介
绍了基地内部创业团队、创业项目、创业教育体系以及绩效评价机制的管理对策。

ABSTRACT
As the sustained growth of the number of college graduates, Pressure on
employment of college students has been increasing, causing the government to attach
more importance to graduate employment and entrepreneurship, and introduces many
preferential policies to support the employment and entrepreneurship of college
graduates. Since Tsinghua University organized the first Venture Competition,China's
entrepreneurial education and business practices began to flourish. Among them,
innovative entrepreneurship education lays the foundation of knowledge for college
students, stimulates the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of college students, and cultivates
the entrepreneurial minds of college students; Practice of entrepreneurship provides a
test platform for the theoretical knowledge of College students. University
entrepreneurial base is a practice platform which can solve college the difficulties of
students venture effectively. Currently many entrepreneurial bases of private
universities have been built across our country, due to the late start, the operation and
management of entrepreneurial bases is still in the exploratory stage. Uneven levels of
the management, entrepreneurial bases have not formed a reasonable and standard
management mode. With a 20-year development history, private universities as an
important force of higher education in China have cultivated a lot of talent for our
country and society, so private universities are in a position not to be underestimated.
This article will focus on operation and management of innovative entrepreneurial base
in private universities, in order to put forward constructive Strategies for the
management of entrepreneurship base in private universities, and thus has a certain
theoretical and practical significance.

basis, rationality and necessity about topic selection of the article and then analyzes the
