本项目拟在广东华南粮食配送中心地块建设浅圆仓内径 25 m,装粮高度 19 m,单 仓平均仓容约 7000 t,总仓容约 4.2 万吨。由于项目可用面积仅为 33 亩,为依照“工艺 灵活、节约投资、提高效率”的要求充分利用土地资源,降低劳动强度,优化工艺流程, 改善作业环境,通过分析比选技术工艺流程、技术装备配置及其他配套设施,最终选定 仓壁落地、两级侧壁出粮式钢筋混凝土浅圆仓。粮食入仓选用固定式输送设备,卸粮坑 接收,仓顶气垫输送入仓;仓储配备机械通风系统、粮情测控系统、富氮气调系统、谷 物冷却系统和环流熏蒸系统。本项目还包含其他技术设备研究,包含装备布粮器,喷涂 隔热材料,仓顶安装自动喷淋系统等其他的工艺;粮食出仓采用侧壁自卸及仓底扒粮机 配套移动式输送设备。 机械通风系统是由移动式离心通风机、风道、风量调节装置、空气分配装置、通风 控制装置等组成;每栋浅圆仓设置环状地槽通风道 2 组,单位通风量为 8 m 3 /h.t,每仓 配置 2 台离心通风机,风机功率为 15 kw。粮面空间通风降温采用轴流风机完成,在浅 圆仓仓顶布置 4 台轴流通风机,风机功率 1.1 KW,风量为 12000 m 3 /h。此外每座浅圆仓 仓顶设计有 4 个自然通风孔,粮面积温也可在夜间温度稍低时,通过自然通风孔自然通 风散温。 在粮情测控系统方面,本项目根据粮食内部不同位置的湿度传感器和温度传感器, 对不同位置的粮食检测其湿度和温度的变化情况,再利用数字式传感器把变化情况转换 成电信号传输到信号处理电路当中,并且将电信号的变成数字量进行保存,对超过警戒 温度的位置进行报警。该系统能够实现时刻检测粮温,及时的根据实际情况作出相应的 调整。 富氮气调技术的工作原理是利用移动式制氮成套设备制造出来的氮气,设定调整其 合适的纯度、压力、温度和流量通入仓房内,通过安装在仓壁的气调环流管路及移动式 环流装置促使氮气在粮堆内均匀流通、扩散。当仓内氮气浓度增大到一定程度后,维持 一段时间,破坏害虫及霉菌所需合适的生存环境,即可造成害虫窒息死亡。并且富氮气 调技术对消费者身体健康无害、对大气环境无污染、对粮食保管者身体无损伤。 谷物冷却系统能减少了粮层温差,较好的平衡储粮水分,提高了储粮安全稳定性,II 为保持粮食品质和延缓陈化及防虫、防霉创造了有利条件。谷物冷却机是系统的核心设 备,由机载制冷系统、通风系统和后加热系统组成。该系统一般为移动式设备,可实现 一机多用,多仓公用,提高了设备利用率,降低了投资。 环流熏蒸技术是指在粮仓外或仓内放置一个环流管道,通过管道把环流风机、毒气 扩散器和粮堆连接成一个闭合回路。在粮仓气密性良好的情况下,通过借助环流风机所 产生的风力,使熏蒸出来的毒气在粮堆内形成循环,进而让毒气在粮仓内均匀分布,从 而达到杀灭害虫的目的。环流熏蒸系统由环流风机、环流管道、阀门、施药装置、气体 取样及检测装置构成。熏蒸气体采用磷化氢与二氧化碳混合气,增强毒气穿透性,提高 药剂在粮堆内的分布均匀性和延长滞留时间,降低残留量。 该可行性研究表明,本项目的实施能够解决当前仓容紧张难题,在有限的土地资源 条件下建设符合广东省储备粮管理要求的理想仓型。 关键词,华南地区 配送中心 仓储装备 配置技术III Abstract This design intends to build a 25 meters inner diameter squat silo with grain loading height 19m, single-silo storage capacity about 7000t and total storage capacity 42, 000 tons ,which is loaded in the Guangdong South China food distribution center. Due to the project area is only 33 acres available, according to the process flexible, save investment and improve efficiency requirements and full use of land resources, reduce labor intensity, and optimize the process and improve the working environment, through the analysis process than election technology, technology and equipment configuration and other supporting facilities, the final selection of the silo wall floor, two side wall out grain reinforced concrete silo. Grain warehousing use fixed type conveying equipment, receiving unloading pit, warehouse top air cushion conveyor warehousing; warehouse equipped with mechanical ventilation systems, measurement and control system for grain situation, rich nitrogen transfer system, grain cooling system and circulation fumigation system, and equipped with cloth grain, spraying insulation materials, warehouse roof installed automatic sprinkler system and other process; grain storage sidewall dump and on the bottom of the bin grain scraping machine supporting mobile type conveying equipment is used. Mechanical ventilation system is by the mobile type centrifugal fan, an air duct, an air volume regulating device, an air distribution device, ventilation control device composed; each building shallow silo set ring geosynclinals ventilation duct group 2, unit of ventilation volume 8m3/h.t, each warehouse configuration 2 sets of centrifugal fan, fan power is 15kw. The air cooling of grain surface is accomplished by axial flow fan, and 4 axial fan is arranged at the top of silo, and the power of blower is 12000m3/h, and the air quantity is 1.1KW. In addition, there are 4 natural ventilation holes in the top design of each shallow silo, and the grain area can also be slightly lower at night when the temperature of natural ventilation is natural. In grain monitoring system and the project according to the grain interior depending on the location of the humidity sensor and temperature sensor, on different positions of grain detection the humidity and temperature changes, again using digital sensor to change into electrical signal is transmitted to a signal processing circuit which, and the electrical signal into digital quantity to save, on location beyond the alert temperature alarm. The system can detect grain temperature at the moment, and adjust according to the actual situation in time. The working principle of the nitrogen rich gas technology is created by the use ofIV complete sets of equipment for mobile nitrogen, set and adjust the appropriate purity, pressure, temperature and flow into the barn, by installing in silo wall gas circulation pipeline and mobile circulation device make nitrogen in grain stack uniform distribution and diffusion. When the concentration of nitrogen in the warehouse increases to a certain degree, the maintenance of a period of time, damage to the appropriate living environment of insects and molds, can cause the pest suffocation. And the rich nitrogen gas transfer technology for the health of consumers, no pollution to the atmosphere, no damage to the food custodian. Grain cooling system can reduce the grain temperature, better balance of moisture content for grain storage and improve the grain security and stability, to maintain food quality and delaying aging, insect and mildew has created favorable conditions. The grain cooling machine is the core equipment of the system, which is composed of the airborne cooling system, the ventilation system and the post heating system.. The system is generally portable equipment, can realize a multi-purpose, multi warehouse public, improve the utilization of equipment, reduce investment. Recirculation fumigation technology is to place a circulation pipeline in the barn or warehouse, through pipelines to the circulation fan, gas diffuser and grain heap are connected into a closed loop. In the granary good air tightness, through the wind generated by the circulation fan, the fumigation out gas in bulk grain form a cycle, then let the gas is uniformly distributed in the barn, so as to achieve the purpose of killing pests. Fumigation system by the circulation fan, circulation pipe, valve, spraying device, gas sampling and detection device. Gas fumigation with phosphate and carbon dioxide mixed gas, the enhancement of gas penetrating and improving the medicament in grain pile of uniform distribution and prolong the residence time and reduce the residual amount. The feasibility study shows that the implementation of the project to solve the current shortage of storage capacity problem. In the condition of limited land resources construction in accordance with the requirements of the Guangdong Provincial Grain Reserve management ideal type of storage.
