职教园区集合了真实的环境，与时俱进的技术和充足的资源等多种优势于一 体，运用校企一体化，生产和教学结合，做学合一，多方参与等手段培养技术型 人才，已经成为了职业教育集约化发展的代表性模式。职教园区以实现终身教育 作为办学理念，充分整合当地资源，发展新的职业教育办学方法，促进中、高等 职业教育平衡发展，迎合转变经济发展方式和调整产业结构的要求，满足地方经 济建设和社会发展对于技术型和技能想人才需求。 有关职教园区的理论和实践研究应该首先把重点放在职教园区到底能不能 够促进职业教育的发展，还有应该如何建设规划和发展职业教育园区。本次研究 运用可行性研究分析方法，借鉴现有最新的可行性研究案例，吸取有益的研究成 果，从理论和应用两方面深入研究职教园区的预测技术和经济效益分析方法。再 以天津某职教园区为例，分析园区选址，建设条件、规划实施方案、投资估算及 资金筹措、环境评价，财务评价和社会影响，从多个角度论证项目的可行性，对 于项目的具体建设提出一些建议。 通过以上分析，文章最后得出项目的可行性结论，职教园区建设项目能够对 促进天津职业教育发展，满足天津对职业技术人才的需求，能够带来较好的经济 效益，环境效益和社会效益，因此职教园区的建设项目具有可行性。 关键词，职教园区；可行性研究；效益分析ABSTRACT Vocational Education Park is a collection of authentic environment, advanced technologies and sufficient resources, it makes full use of cooperation between of enterprises and school, combination of production and teaching, the integration of practice and knowledge, and the multilateral participation to cultivate the skilled talents, it has become a typical mode of intensification and collectivized development of vocational education.Vocational Education Park takes life-long education as school running idea, fully integrates local resources, develops new methods of occupation education, promote the balanced development between secondary and higher vocational education , to meet the requirements of changing the mode of economic development and industrial structure adjustment , meet the technical and skilled talent demand of local economic construction and social development . Theory and practice research about Vocational Education Park should first focus on that if it is able to promote the development of vocational education and how to construct and plan and develop vocational education park. This research uses the feasibility study analysis method, using the new case about existing feasibility study , draw useful results of them, from aspects of theory and application to make deep research study of Vocational Education Park prediction technology and economic benefit analysis method. And this paper take a Vocational Education Park in Tian Jin as an example, analyze location of the park, construction condition, implementation plan, investment estimation and fund raising, environment evaluation, financial evaluation and social influence, from multiple angles demonstrates project feasibility, and puts forward some suggestions for specific construction projects. Through the above analysis, the article finally draws the feasibility of the project: the construction project of vocational education to promote development of Tianjin Tianjin vocational education, meet the demand of vocational technical talent, brings good economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit,。above all, this project has the feasibility of the conclusion.
