II 摘要 在人力资源管理中,绩效管理是非常重要的环节。有许多专家学者和公司管 理者在公司怎样实施绩效管理等学术领域进行探索和研究。在绩效管理实施的过 程中,要将制定好的绩效管理体系运用到公司的经营实践中,实现公司的战略目 标,增强市场经济份额,为公司的可持续发展奠定基础。将绩效管理理念落实到 公司经营管理的过程中,将绩效管理融合到企业文化、战略目标及人才技术的管 理中,相互促进,共同发展。合理的绩效管理不仅能够提高公司的经营管理,还 能提高机关员工的工作积极性,促进公司长短期目标的完成。因此,构建一套有 效地而又具有操作性的绩效管理体系已成为公司培育竞争优势、提高核心竞争力 的战略性举措,也是 A 公司在市场经济竞争中立于不败之地的保障。 本文以绩效管理为核心,通过对背景资料的了解和相关文献的查阅,对绩效 管理的流程及方法等相关理论进行分析。阐述 A 公司绩效管理现状,对该公司绩 效管理现状进行深入分析,指出 A 公司绩效管理中存在的问题以及产生这些问题 的原因。对 A 公司绩效管理体系进行设计,对绩效管理体系进行优化,制定了 A 公司绩效管理实施方案,并提出具体可行的 A 公司绩效管理实施措施,希望该方 案的实施能够对 A 公司的战略发展有所帮助。 关键词:绩效考核;绩效管理;关键绩效指标Abstract III Abstract Human resource management, performance management is a very important part.
