近年来,随着水体富营养化的加剧、再生水回用的要求及环境质量控制标准 的不断提高,现状城市污水处理厂在处理工艺及出水水质等方面都不能满足需 要,因此,必须对这些污水处理厂进行改造。本课题根据天津经济技术开发区化 学工业区现有污水处理厂改造的需要,通过对进水水质主要污染物特性、现状污 水处理工艺特点等进行分析,开展工程改造方案可行性论证研究。 首先,对开发区化工区现状污水处理厂的工程背景概况进行了介绍,分析了 现状污水处理厂的服务范围及企业、污水的主要来源等,指出了本工程改造所依 据的设计依据、基础资料、标准规范和设计原则等。 其次,根据现状污水处理工艺的特点及改造工程工艺的要求,通过对现状进 水水质与设计进水水质中的主要污染物特性进行比对分析,并针对进水水质中的 主要污染物目前主要采用的去除工艺方法进行比较研究,提出了工程改造的两个 工艺方案。并从技术可行及主要经济技术指标等方面对两个改造工艺方案进行比 较,确定了方案二为本工程改造的推荐方案。 再次,结合现状污水处理厂的平面布置,根据改造工艺推荐方案二主要新增 构筑物的特点,提出了改造后污水处理厂的总平面布置,对新增处理构筑物的相 关工艺设计参数进行了计算,并对改造后污水处理厂的建筑、暖通、结构、电气、 自动仪表等进行了设计。 最后,对改造后新增加的气浮间、CBR池、臭氧接触池、活性炭过滤间、加 药间等土建、设备安装、电气自控仪表及其他设备改造工程等进行了投资估算, 工程总投资为 1563.83 万元。计算出改造后污水处理的单位生产成本为 3.09 元 /m 3 。 关键词:化学工业区;污水处理工程;改造方案;可行性研究;COD;油类 iABSTRACT With the eutrophication increased, the requirements of reclaimed water reuse and the environmental quality control standards raised, the existing municipal sewage treatment project are can’t meet the needs of treatment process and water quality. Therefore, it is necessary for these sewage treatment projects to transform. In this dissertation, based on the needs of sewage treatment project transformation of chemical industry area in Tianjin development zone, the characteristics of major pollutants and the existing sewage treatment process were analyzed. Furthermore, the feasibility of sewage treatment project transform scheme was researched. Firstly, the background of the existing sewage treatment project of chemical industry area in Tianjin development zone was introduced. And the services range and the major sources of sewage were analyzed. Then, the design foundation, design standards and design principle were indicated. Secondly, according to the characteristics of existing sewage treatment process and the demands of transformation project, the characteristics of major pollutants in influent water quality and design water quality were analyzed. Then, there two project transformation process schemes were proposed. Finally, through the comparison of main economic and technical indicators of the two transformation process schemes, the transformation process scheme II was identified as the recommended scheme of the existing sewage treatment project. Thirdly, combination the layout of the existing sewage treatment project, according to the characteristics of major new structures, the general design layout of sewage treatment project which was transformed was proposed. Then, the technology design parameters of new structures were computed. And the building, electric, auto meter were designed. At last, according the construction, equipment of new structures, the investment of the transformation project was estimated. The total project investment was 15.6383 millions yuan, and the unit production cost of sewage treatment was 3.09 yuan.
