在“一带一路”经济发展总体脉搏的时代背景下,本文运用案例分析法和文 献研究法,以JT集团为例探讨我国企业在开发海外市场的过程中所面临的机遇与 挑战,为JT集团的海外业务发展的战略选择提供策略建议。本文的研究能够进一 步丰富对于“一带一路”政策的研究现状,并为企业的海外战略研究提供更为具 体的案例借鉴。本文的研究能够从一个全球化的视角对JT集团进行更为全面的审 视、分析,制定出有利于JT集团“走出去”的可行性策略。 JT集团在发展海外业务时既有外部的机遇与挑战,又有自身发展的优势和劣 势。当前全球良好的基建市场发展势态、沿线国家工业化的发展需要以及中国政 府的政策支持等,都将为JT集团的发展带来机遇。但与此同时,金融风险系数较 高的海外市场、动荡不稳定的国际形式以及目标国家的地区差异等问题,也会成 为发展的威胁性因素。 JT集团还需要提升自身业务的核心能力,真正形成一体化、全价值链的合力 优势。要加速技术的创新升级,拓展相关的新兴能源的应用领域,充分结合信息 技术进行开拓创新。要拓展资金的融资渠道,将已有的融资手段进行多元化拓展, 尽量规避金融风险。此外,JT集团战略的运营还需要有相应的战略保障。JT集团 应继续完善组织管理体系,加强企业管理和党政建设。要提升人才培养与激励机 制,发挥企业文化的凝聚作用。 关键词,“一带一路”,海外业务,发展战略 论文类型,案例分析II RESEARCH ON DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF OVERSEAS BUSINESS OF JT COMPANY UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF THE BELT AND ROAD ABSTRACT Under the background of the general pulse of “the Belt and Road” economic development, this paper uses the method of case analysis and literature research, takes JT Group as an example, discusses the opportunities and challenges faced by Chinese enterprises in the process of developing overseas markets,so as to provide strategic advice for the overseas business development of JT Group. The research in this paper can further enrich the research status of “the Belt and Road” policy, and provide a more specific case for overseas strategic research. This study can make a more comprehensive review and analysis of JT Group from a global perspective, and formulate feasible strategies for JT Group to go out. JT Group not only has external opportunities and challenges, but also has its own advantages and disadvantages in developing overseas business. At present, the good development situation of the global infrastructure market, the development needs of the industrialization of the countries along the route and the policy support of the Chinese government will bring opportunities for the development of JT Group. But at the same time, the overseas markets with high financial risk coefficient, the turbulent and unstable international forms and the regional differences of the target countries will also become the threatening factors of development. JT Group also needs to enhance its core business capabilities to truly form a combined advantage of integration and the whole value chain. It is necessary to accelerate technological innovation and upgrading, expand the application fields of related new energy sources, and make full use of information technology for innovation. JT Group also should expand the financing channels of funds,the existing means of financing should be diversified to avoid financial risks as far as possible. In addition, the operation of JT Group's strategy also needs the corresponding strategic guarantee. JT group should continue to perfect the organizational management system,III strengthen the enterprise management and the party and government construction. It is also necessary to enhance the mechanism of talent cultivation and incentive, and give full play to the cohesive role of corporate culture.
