随着中国经济以及科技水平的不断发展,中国企业的信息化需求呈现日益多样化的 需求,对信息化实服务供应商,尤其是 ERP 实施咨询行业带来了前所未有的机遇,国内 外知名管理软件供应商以及信息化咨询服务供应商纷纷进入我国 ERP 实施市场,市场的 竞争正变得日益激烈。作为中国本土最大的 ERP 实施的供应商——汉得信息,在市场的 机遇与挑战面前,采取什么样的竞争策略是本论文主要的研究对象。 本论文按照提出问题、分析问题、解决问题的思路进行了论文的撰写。本论文首先 调查研究了汉得信息的公司基本情况,包括其成立至今的发展历程以及核心业务员和服 务,然后对汉得信息所在 ERP 实施行业背景作以介绍,进而挖掘出汉得信息当前所面对 的压力和挑战,并着重分析了汉得信息的优势以及劣势。为了从容应对来自市场的挑战, 解决企业信息化过程中面对的问题,笔者通过 PEST 分析了解了现阶段政治、经济、文 化、技术等宏观环境对 ERP 实施行业所带来的影响,并通过波特五力竞争力分析了 ERP 实施行业内部的竞争程度和未来发展趋势,并重点分析了当下环境下汉得信息所面临的 机会和威胁。最后结合上述分析,总结了汉得信息的 SWOT 分析的四个要素,结合当下 经济和科技发展趋势,把握当下汉得信息的自身优势和市场机遇,弥补自身劣势,从容 应对市场威胁,进而制定汉得信息的市场竞争战略,通过战略分析、战略选择、战略实 施的战略制定过程对汉得信息未来的市场竞争策略中战略实施的具体措施和实施保障 作以阐述,以达到汉得信息公司抓住当下改革红利,谋求企业更大发展的目的。 最后,希望本文对汉得信息的竞争策略研究,能够对汉得信息公司或者其他 ERP 实施公司的发展起到一定的参考和借鉴作用,同时也希望我国的 ERP 实施服务行业的发 展起到一定的促进作用,为中国企业适应当下市场的快速变化作出一定的贡献。 关键词,战略转型;竞争策略;ERP 实施- II - The Research on Competitive Strategy of HAND Enterprise Solutions Co., Ltd. Abstract With the continuous development of China's economy and science and technology level, the informatizationneeds of Chinese enterprises are increasingly diversified, which brings unprecedented opportunities to informatization service providers, especially the ERP implementation consulting industry. Famous domestic and foreign managerial software providers and informatization consulting service providers have entered the ERP implementation market in China, and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Benefit is fierce. As the largest supplier of ERP implementation in China, HAND Enterprise Solutions Co., Ltd, will take what kind of competitive strategy in the face of market opportunities and challenges will be the main research object of this paper. This paper is based on the ideas of raising, analyzing and solving problems. Firstly, it introduces the basic situation, development process and core products and services of HAND Enterprise Solutions Co., Ltd,. Then it introduces the background of ERP implementation industry where HAND Enterprise Solutions Co., Ltd, is located, and excavates the pressures and challenges faced by HAND Enterprise Solutions Co., Ltd,. In order to cope with the challenges from the market calmly and solve the problems faced by enterprises in the process of informatization, the author analyzed the impact of the macro-environment of politics, economy, culture and technology on the ERP implementation industry at the present stage through PEST analysis, and then analyze the competitiveness and future development trend of the ERP implementation industry through Porter's Five-power competitiveness. Finally, combined with the above analysis, the SWOT analysis of HAND Enterprise Solutions Co., Ltd, is carried out, and the current economic and technological development trend is combined to understand the current advantages and market opportunities of HAND Enterprise Solutions Co., Ltd as well as its own weaknesses and market threats. Then the market competition strategy of HAND Enterprise Solutions Co., Ltd, is elaborated, and the future market competition strategy is formulated through the strategic analysis, strategic choice and strategic implementation process.
