识内嵌于军工企业的知识体系中,充分实现隐性知识在企业内的流动与交流,最大限度地
提高隐性知识共享效率,优化企业知识结构,增加企业员工的知识存量
通过运用案例军工企业SG公司的调查数据,与军工企业隐性知识共享的最终目标的
比对,总结出SG公司隐性知识共享上存在的问题,根据这些问题一一对应地从营造适合
