本文以发展对阿拉伯国家空港物流集群为主线，以西北五省为研究基础，通
过比较分析法、定性与定量相结合分析法、SWOT 分析法、文献分析与实证分析
相结合的方法和系统分析法来对相关问题进行分析阐述
本文通过理论和实证分析，在阐述在宁夏开展对阿空港物流产业集群可行性
的同时，指出宁夏在发展对阿空港物流时应采取的相应对策。在“西部大开发十
三五规划”和“一带一路”框架下，大力搭建中阿经贸合作平台，做好空港物流
集群等基础设施建设，对实现中阿经贸合作有着深远意义，也是新时代宁夏参加
中阿区域经济合作的目标和必然选择

ABSTRACT
With the accelerated pace of globalization, China and the world are getting
increasingly closed. Regional economic cooperation has become a necessary choice
for different countries in searching for the long-term development. In 2013, President
Xi Jinping proposed Silk Road Economic Belt as well as The Belt and Road”,
which brings lots of opportunities for the north-western provinces. As the new rising
industry, the airport logistics plays a very important role in north-western provinces.
In this background, this dissertation selects Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region as the
starting point. By collecting large amount of data and using various analytical
methods, this dissertation explores the optimal province to develop airport logistics
industry cluster to Arab Areas in the five provinces of Shanxi, Gansu, Xinjiang,
Qinghai and Ningxia. Basing on the obvious conclusion, this dissertation then uses the
SWOT analysis to analyze the relatively mature airport logistics of Ningxia province.
Through the SWOT analysis, this dissertation analyzes the advantages and
disadvantages of Ningxia airport logistics industry, as well as the opportunities and
threats of developing the logistics industry. Then the author puts forward some
corresponding countermeasures. This provides the theoretical support for developing
the airport logistics industry facing Arab areas. What’s more, it also has great realistic
significance of deepening the cooperation of Ningxia province and the 22 Arab
countries.
This thesis takes the development of airport logistics cluster for Arab countries as
the mainline. Through comparative analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis,
SWOT analysis and systematic analysis method, the author divided this dissertation
into six parts.
In the first part, the author points the significance of developing airport logistics
cluster facing Arab areas by researching policy background. The second part definites
logistics, industrial cluster and logistics park, which provides theoretical foundation
for the following analysis. The third part analyses different types of logistics parks
and the current situation of logistics parks in China. In the fourth part, the author
combines current airport cluster status, social economy, the transportation network,
policy support and the resources endowment of the five northwestern provinces
(Shanxi, Gansu, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Ningxia). The fifth part takes Ningxia as the
optimal choice to do the SWOT analysis. By analyzing the strengths, weaknesses,III
opportunities and challenges, the author puts forward corresponding policies. The last
part makes a summarization of the whole dissertation.
Under the background of “ development of the west regions” and “the belt and road”
policies, it has a deep meaning of constructing platform for economic cooperation
between China and Arab countries. It is also the inevitable choice of Ningxia to
devote itself into the China-Arab regional economic cooperation.
