摘 要
河南省安阳市是豫北区域性中心城市，有着突出的区位优势和便利的交通网络，
区域自身和周边地区产业基础雄厚，物流发展的市场空间巨大，然而物流业的发展
现状却不尽人意，尤其离现代物流标准还有不小差距。本文针对安阳市现代物流产
业发展对策进行研究。首先，对现代物流概念及特点进行介绍，从理论上澄清传统
物流与现代物流的差别。其次，对安阳市物流产业发展现状和存在问题进行了分析，
对下一步发展现代物流产业的机遇和挑战进行了探讨，并运用 SWOT 分析法评估了
安阳市现代物流产业的发展战略。再次，对发达国家和国内发达地区的现代物流产
业发展进行了研究，找出了发达地区对安阳市的经验启示。在此基础上，结合安阳
市实际，从引入现代物流理念、理清总体思路、政府如何推动、各类主体多元运作、
提供配套保障和重点建设设想等方面，对安阳市发展现代物流产业提出了对策建议。

本研究的创新点在于非以往局部或个别方面的专业性研究，而是以政府的角度，从
理论的高度和实践的层面，对安阳市整个现代物流产业的发展提出全面、具体、可
具操作性的对策，该研究结果既有理念思路，又有方法步骤，对于加快安阳市现代
物流产业发展，提升城市综合竞争实力，促进区域经济社会科学发展具有重要的现
实意义，同时还可供中西部类似区域性中心城市借鉴和参考。

Abstract
Anyang City is a regional central city in the south of Henan province. With its
prominent geographical advantages and convenient transportation network, and with the
strong industrial base of the city itself and its surrounding regions, there is a huge market
for the logistics development in Anyang. However, the current situation of the logistics
industry is unsatisfactory and there is a big gap to the standard modern logistics. Therefore,
this paper studies Anyang’s modern logistics industry development. First, it introduces the
definition and the characteristics of modern logistics, and it clarifies differences between
traditional logistics and modern logistics. Then, it analyzes its current situation and its
major problems, probes into the opportunities and challenges of Anyang’s modern
logistics development and evaluates its development strategy by the way of SWOT
analytical method. And then, it studies the logistics development in developed countries
and in developed areas in China so as to find out the experience and inspiration. Based on
the above-mentioned and the actual situation, from the aspects of introducing the concept
of modern logistics, clarifying general thoughts, the promoting of government, the
diversified operation, the supporting guarantee, and the key construction, this paper
proposes strategies and suggestions for Anyang’s modern logistics development. This
study is different from the previous local or one-sided special researches, and it is original
since it puts theory into practice and comes up with comprehensive, concrete and
manageable strategies for Anyang’s modern logistics industry from the government’s
perspective. The research findings, which include both ideas and methods, have
considerable realistic significance for accelerating Anyang’s modern logistics industry
development, enhancing the city’s overall competitiveness, and promoting regional
economic, social, and scientific developments. They can also be learned or consulted by
similar midwest regional central cities.
