证分析 ZYTX 知识产权公司绩效管理体系的基础上,通过比较、归纳和概括,提出改进
该公司绩效管理体系的方案

With the global economy gradually entered the era of knowledge economy, intellectual
property is increasingly attracting the attention of the world, becoming an important factor to
enhance national competitiveness, intellectual property agency industry such as bamboo
shoots after a spring rain, came into being, and the rapid development, market competition is
becoming increasingly fierce. As an emerging industry, the technical content of intellectual
property agency, professional and strong, coupled with the talent and technology linked to the
lack of talent, is the lack of technology, thus the lack of core competitiveness, so the industry&39;s
competitive advantage has gradually to increase the human cost of investment. Performance
management is the core of human resource management, and its sound and perfect, for how to
establish a set of incentives to retain talent system, how to ensure the healthy development of
the company, has a key role.
Based on the research and development of performance management and intellectual
property agency industry, this paper introduces the performance management system,
performance management tools and other related concepts. by referring to the existing
literature material and theoretical data, the performance management system of intellectual
property company is discussed.
This paper is divided into six parts: The first part introduces the research background and
significance, and the research status of performance management and intellectual property
service industry at home and abroad, and briefly explains the research ideas of this paper. The
