业,随着市场竞争压力越来越大,公司不得不持续减少产品研发、生产等各个
环节的成本。技术方面的革新、过硬的产品质量和专业的售后服务使得 A 公司
始终能够引领行业创新的革命。其中,过硬的产品质量是 A 公司保障自己在奢
侈品生产制造行业领先地位的基础和保障,而过硬的产品质量往往与其产品的
加工,奢侈品的奢侈品材料质量息息相关。以 A 公司为例,深入分析供应商管
理目前的现状,同时结合企业的战略分析,对于一些薄弱资源进行整合,提出
一些建议,从而提升供应商改进管理及应对能力,并且采用理论联系实际的方
法,通过数据和实例来论证文中的论点
