小企业授信业务在目前国内金融要服务于实体经济的大环境下,在国内银行
业务高度同质化的背景下,大力发展小企业授信业务是现实和必须的战略选择
本文通过建议改进目前 C 商业银行现有的小企业授信业务流程,如通过大数据整
合行内资源扩大客户来源、业务产品的优化、授信的审批、授信文本的签署、贷
后管理等小企授信业务操作流程,提出将授信中各操作环节从手工操作移到线上
操作,通过电脑系统解决和提高小企业授信业务的工作效率和产量,以解决银行
在小企业授信业务发展中的瓶颈。通过大数据的运用 C 商业银行深圳分行在客户
来源和贷后风险监测这两方面的工作成果和效率有明显的提高,给 C 商业银深圳
分行大力发展小企业授信业务打下了坚实的基础,使小企业授信业务能够成为银
行新的利润增长点是本文的出发点和研究的意义所在
本文通过采用文献调研、数值分析、理论和案例分析相结合等方法,做到逻
辑和事实分析相统一。通过总结小企业授信的相关文献、商业银行授信理论、小
企业风险特征等,为全文的研究工作奠定了理论基础。通过对 C 商业银行深圳分
行的小企业授信案例的详尽分析,剖析了当前背景下银行在小企授信业务中存在
的问题及形成原因,提出改进策略和建议,最后形成本文的结论;通过商业银行
自身的体制和业务流程改变来带动小企业授信业务的发展,为银行小企业业务的

The small enterprises are critical parts of our country’s real economy. A majority
of small enterprises were enlarged just by own internal funds for a long period
because of the limited development power of small enterprises and the drawback of
banking institution systems. The financing difficulties problem becomes a bottleneck
on the way of their development. With the development of computer technique,
internet technique and big data technique, there is hope of solving the financing
difficulties problem.
Under the influence of trend that domestic finance should support real economy;
in pace with highly homogeneity-oriented trend of the businesses of domestic bank, it
is strategic choice that it is necessary that banks develop credit business for small
enterprises. The article suggest how to improve current procedure of the small
enterprises&39; credit business, for example, using big data technique to integrate all
customer resources in the bank in order to enlarge the resources of customers,
optimizing business products, improving approval process of credit business, sign of
the letter of credit, strengthening post-loan management, meanwhile through
computerizing the procedure of the small enterprises&39; credit business to improve
efficiency, from the above aspects, break through the bottleneck which restrict the
development of the small enterprises&39; credit business . Through utilizing big data,
Shenzhen branch of C commercial bank acquires a large progress in two aspects of
the customer resources and the post-loan risk monitoring , which lay a solid
foundation for the small enterprises&39; credit business. The small enterprises&39; credit
business become a new profit pool ,which is start point and the meaning of research of
the article.
The article adapts methods of numerical analysis, literature investigation and the
combination of theory and case analysis in order to consolidate theory and case
analysis. Through the study of commercial banks&39; credit theory and small enterprises&39;
venture feature, referring to relative literatures of small enterprises, all of which lay
the foundation of the research for the article. Through detailed analysis of cases aboutAbstract

how the small enterprises get loan from C commercial bank, disclose problems and
reasons which commercial banks have in current society backgrounds. Finally draw a
conclusion of the article. Meanwhile the article puts forward strategies and
suggestions to solve the problem, for example, how to acquire target customer group
of small enterprises, how to improve approval process of credit business, how to sign
of the letter of credit, how to strengthen post-loan management and so on.
