摘要
供应链管理(Supply Chain Management)是 20 世纪 80 年代提出的
一种有计划性的管理思想,经过了三十多年的发展,其概念也在不
断充实完善,同时由于需求环境的变化和商业竞争程度的加剧,供
应链的思想被广阔的运用于企业内部、企业之间和整个全球化市
场,企业的竞争也随着管理和技术的发展已经逐步演变为供应链效
率的竞争

近年来,随着汽车行业的不断发展,竞争日趋激烈,汽车市场
逐渐饱和,消费者购买力不断下降,销售增速不断下降,在全球经
济环境不景气的大背景下,无论国内外的汽车生产商均面临巨大的
压力。产能过剩,库存积压问题变的普遍而严重,随之受影响的是
汽车核心部件以及周边配件的需求变动日益频繁,预测和管理变得
更加复杂,供应链中各个环节的厂商生产计划管理也受到影响变得
更加具有挑战性

本文从供应链的角度着眼,分析了供应链环境下新形势对于提
高企业竞争力的要求。结合企业实际案例,针对汽车发动机的生产
计划管理过程做了详细调研,并通过供应链的理论思想解析和研究
了发动机生产计划管理,利用理论指导实践,对整个生产计划的管
理提出了优化方案。针对供应链环节中的重点难点问题进行分析和
解决,进而优化整个生产计划管理方案,使之在提高整体企业竞争
力方面起到显著的作用并具有足够的理论支撑。最后,本文对信息
系统对于整个生产计划管理优化方案的支持做了简单介绍,解释了
在新技术水平下如何有效利用信息系统的优势支持企业的业务流程
优化运转

本文的研究不仅有助于改善 C 公司汽车发动机工厂的生产计划
管理效率,同时对于其他相似类型的制造企业生产计划管理也具有东华大学工商管理硕士学位论文

一定的指导和借鉴意义。并且为后续企业管理的可持续改进优化指
明了方向,奠定了基础

THE PRODUCTION PLANNING MANAGEMENT OF
AUTO-ENGINE COMPANY C UNDER SUPPLY CHAIN
ENVIRONMENT
ABSTRACT
Supply chain management is a kind of management thought which was put forward in 1980s.
After more than thirty years of development, the concept has been continuously enriched and
improved.At the same time due to changes in demand environment and business competition
intensifies, the idea of supply chain is widely used in the enterprise, between enterprises and in the
global market, the competitiveness of the enterprises with the development of management and
technology has gradually evolved into the competition of supply chain efficiency.
In recent years, with the continuous development of the automotive industry, the increasingly
fierce competition, the automobile market gradually saturated, purchasing power of consumer is
declining, sales growth continued to decline, in the background of the global economic depression,
and both domestic and foreign automobile manufacturers are facing tremendous pressure. Excess
capacity, inventory problems become widespread and serious, with affected, the fluctuation of
demand of the core part of automobile and accessories have become increasingly frequent,
forecasting and management become more and more complex, each manufacturer link of the
supply chain management is also affected by production plan management have become more
challenging.
From the perspective of supply chain, this paper analyzes the requirements of the new
situation to improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the supply chain environment.
Combined with the actual case of enterprise, according to the detailed investigation against
production plan management process of automobile engine, and analyzed the theory of supply
chain with the research of engine production plan management, to guide practice by using the
theory, put forward the optimization solution of the whole production plan management, to
analyze and solve key difficult problems in the supply chain perspective, in addition to optimize
the production plan management process, to improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises
and make this solution to play a significant role and has adequate theoretical support. Finally, a
simple introduction for the support of information system on the whole optimization solution of
production planning management, explains how to use the information system of the new
technology to support business processes running smoothly.
The research of this paper not only helps to improve the efficiency of production planning
management in auto-engine factory of C Company, but also has some guidance and reference for
other similar manufacturing enterprises.And the direction for the sustainable improvement of
