往往就定得非常短,通常要求在一年内竣工投产。因而新建糖厂项目的进度管理,在工
程的项目管理中必然占据着最重要的地位。国内制糖行业普遍的新建糖厂工程项目的进
度管理与国外先进水平的差距较大,进度管理相对落后,建设周期相对较长。我国制糖
企业提供更多更优质可靠的糖产品是与人民生活水平的提高和经济的快速发展相匹配
的;与此同时,国内制糖领域早已批准并允许民营资本和外资进入,国内制糖或工程总
包企业也已经走出国门到东南亚、非洲和南美洲投资或建设糖厂,制糖行业激烈的竞争
已经遍布国内外市场,显然这对工程总包或制糖企业的项目管理要求提出了更高标准
为了赢得制糖行业的激烈竞争,并行工程相关理论需要被充分运用到新建糖厂建设工程
项目的进度管理当中,以确保新建糖厂建设工程能按时按质按量完成
本文以广西河池市BD新建糖厂项目为研究对象,应用并行工程法,并采用MS
Pr〇ject2003项目管理软件来在新建糖厂项目中辅助实施进度管理方法,为保证项目控制
在预算范围内的按期按质完成提供了卓有成效的方法

I THE APPLICATION OF CONCURRENT ENGINEERING IN THE NEW SUGAR
MILL PROJECT MANAGEMENT RESEARCH
ABSTRACT
In our country, the implementation of the new sugar mill project follows the strict serial
steps: preliminary feasibility study stage, the stage of feasibility study, preliminary design
stage, construction drawing design stage, bidding stage, construction stage, equipment
installation, commissioning stage, after the evaluation phase. This step-by-step periodic and
independence of each participation in construction management is a new sugar mill at present
domestic construction engineering project of the main causes of low efficiency generally.
Design institute in the engineering design, seldom consider the whole life cycle of project
design in the later stage of the related factors, to later stages of the project, especially the
construction implementation stage left a hidden danger. In the process of construction, the
construction enterprise can according to their own actual situation and put forward all kinds of
changes to the design requirements, it will lead to the increase of project delay and cost. It is
because of the sugar industry in our country new sugar mill at various stages in the process of
construction project integration management is not high, there is a widespread construction
period delay the entire industry, investment, cost overruns,quality is not high, the
phenomenon such as inefficient. In this market environment,the urgent need for a kind of can
based on whole life cycle of engineering project, effectively speed up the progress and cost
savings,guOTantee the high quality of new methods of constructiori engineering project.
For the new sugar mill construction engineering project management, due to seasonal
cane raw material supply, engineering construction period tends to be very short, usually
require completed and put into production within a year. So the new sugar mill project
schedule management, in the engineering project management must occupy the important
position. Domestic sugar industry general new sugar mill project schedule management with
foreign advanced level of the gap is bigger, schedule management is relatively backward,
relatively long construction cycle. Sugar industry in China to provide more quality and
reliable products are sugar and the improvement of people&39;s living standards and rapid
development of economy matching; At the same time, the domestic sugar industry is already
n approved and allowed private capital and foreign capital to enter, domestic sugar or
engineering contractor enterprise has also go abroad to invest in southeast Asia, Africa and
South America or construction of sugar mill,sugar industry,fierce competition has been
spread all over domestic and international market, obviously the project total package or sugar
enterprise project management requires higher standards are put forward. In order to win the
fierce competition in the sugar industry, relevant theories need to be folly applied to
concurrent engineering new sugar mill construction engineering project schedule management,
to ensure that the new sugar mill construction engineering quantity and finish on time.
Taking Guangxi BD new sugar mill project in Hechi city as the research object, the
application of concurrent engineering method, and USES the MS Project2003 project
management software to auxiliary implementation in new sugar mill project schedule
management methods, in order to ensure the project control within budget on schedule for the
monitoring provides a effective method.
