本文根据所学人力资源管理学理论,采用文献研究及案例分析相结合的方
法,对中国银行 G 分行 D 部门进行研究,通过问卷调查等方式,发现其存在单纯
追求利润目标、“一把手”定期轮调影响战略执行、领导者对绩效管理重视度及
认识度不足、考核实施与战略目标脱节、绩效管理体系不完善等问题,并使用深
入访谈的方式对上述问题进行原因分析,提出了适当增加非财务指标、“一把手”
岗位轮调与绩效管理挂钩、统一各管理层思想认识、建立绩效管理战略导向、完
善绩效管理体系等五方面的建议,为该行进一步完善绩效管理提供了参考
