借助定性的鱼骨图的方法对 ZJ 公司设备管理存在的问题进行定性的评价,
同时借助问卷调查的定量评价方法,以 ZJ 公司的从事设备管理相关工作的人
员为调查对象,对 ZJ 公司的设备管理进行定量评价,并制定了具体的改进 ZJ
公司设备管理的优化方案及保障措施。通过定性的分析,得到 ZJ 公司的设备
管理存在身体,集中的表现在人员问题、设备自身的问题、物料的问题、法规
机制的问题以及环境的问题;通过设定调查问卷的方式,以 ZJ 公司从事设备
管理的员工或者相关工作的管理者为调查对象,通过问卷的方式获得数据,得
到具体的定量诊断结果,表现在:设备管理的整体水平还相对不高,而设备运
行的管理评价、设备维修管理、资产管理的总体评价、设备管理的制度总体评
价上也相对较低,除了设备维修管理达到评价的及格线外,其他的指标都处于
相对低的水平;制定了基于 TPM 理论的 ZJ 公司的设备管理优化方案,该方案
根据不同阶段实施的重点划分为四个阶段;并确定了 ZJ 公司设备管理优化实
施的保障措施
通过本文的研究,为解决 ZJ 公司设备管理存在的问题提供了具体实施的方
案,可以为解决 ZJ 公司设备管理的具体问题提供依据,同时,为同行业的企业
进行设备管理方面的改进提供了借鉴,具有一定的实践价值
