借助定性的鱼骨图的方法对 ZJ 公司设备管理存在的问题进行定性的评价，
同时借助问卷调查的定量评价方法，以 ZJ 公司的从事设备管理相关工作的人
员为调查对象，对 ZJ 公司的设备管理进行定量评价，并制定了具体的改进 ZJ
公司设备管理的优化方案及保障措施。通过定性的分析，得到 ZJ 公司的设备
管理存在身体，集中的表现在人员问题、设备自身的问题、物料的问题、法规
机制的问题以及环境的问题；通过设定调查问卷的方式，以 ZJ 公司从事设备
管理的员工或者相关工作的管理者为调查对象，通过问卷的方式获得数据，得
到具体的定量诊断结果，表现在：设备管理的整体水平还相对不高，而设备运
行的管理评价、设备维修管理、资产管理的总体评价、设备管理的制度总体评
价上也相对较低，除了设备维修管理达到评价的及格线外，其他的指标都处于
相对低的水平；制定了基于 TPM 理论的 ZJ 公司的设备管理优化方案，该方案
根据不同阶段实施的重点划分为四个阶段；并确定了 ZJ 公司设备管理优化实
施的保障措施
通过本文的研究，为解决 ZJ 公司设备管理存在的问题提供了具体实施的方
案，可以为解决 ZJ 公司设备管理的具体问题提供依据，同时，为同行业的企业
进行设备管理方面的改进提供了借鉴，具有一定的实践价值
