摘要
随着近几年中国“一带一路”等国家重大战略的实施,企业加快了“走出去”的
步伐,同时也使得企业面临的竞争日益激烈。国内外客户对服务速度和质量的要求越
来越高,当通过降低成本,提高生产效率来提高竞争力的手段发展到一定阶段后,企
业之间相互竞争的范围也由生产制造领域扩展到了货物流通领域,同时随着物流领域
的各种新理论不断完善和发展,也由于信息技术(IT),包装和运输技术的快速发展
和日益普及,使得传统物流逐步的向现代物流发生转变,并在运输合理化、仓储自动
化、包装标准化、装卸机械化、加工配送一体化、信息管理网络化多方面获得长足进
步。但是依然有大量的企业尽管花费了巨大的人力和物力在物流建设上,但其所建设
起来的物流网络很多时候却并未真正的为企业做到降低各项生产成本、促进最终用户
客户满意度,提升整体企业物流服务效率的目的。截止到2015年为止物流费用在国
内工业企业中占比依然是仅次于原材料采购成本的第二大支出。
本文主要以 NR 公司装箱发运流程的再造工作为研究对象,通过结合企业实际情
况,首先对企业流程再造(BPR)的相关理论和发展历史进行阐释,然后结合 NR 公
司装箱发运流程实际情况,通过5M1E 方法分析其问题所在,并对其成因进行深层次
的探讨。之后又采用理论和实际相结合的方式,利用企业流程再造相关理论和知识对
NR 公司装箱发运流程进行了全方位的再造,再造过程中涉及了流程组织架构变更,
第三方物流服务引进,信息技术的应用,全新包装工艺的采用,先进的生产设备的采
购,人员外包管理等多个方面。在文章最后通过建立效果评估体系对于装箱发运流程
再造的效果进行了评估和分析。
本文通过采用第一手的企业资料对 NR 公司发货流程的流程再造进行分析,所得
结论对同类企业具有一定的参考和借鉴意义。

ABSTRACT
With the implementation of major national strategies in China in recent years,
enterprises have accelerated the pace of "going out", but also makes the competition facing
enterprises increasingly fierce. Domestic and foreign customers on the service speed and
quality requirements are getting higher and higher, when by reducing costs and improve
production efficiency to improve the competitiveness of the means to a certain stage, the
scope of competition between enterprises from the manufacturing sector extended to the
goods And the rapid development and increasing popularity of information technology (IT),
packaging and transportation technology, the traditional logistics has gradually changed to
the modern logistics, and in the field of logistics, Transport rationalization, warehousing
automation, packaging standardization, loading and unloading mechanization, processing
and distribution integration, information management network has made great progress in
many ways. But still a large number of enterprises despite the huge manpower and material
resources in the logistics construction, but the construction of the logistics network is often
not a lot of time for enterprises to reduce the production costs and promote end-user customer
satisfaction , To enhance the overall efficiency of the purpose of enterprise logistics services.
As of 2015, the proportion of logistics costs in domestic industrial enterprises is still second
only to the cost of raw materials.
This paper mainly discusses the theory and development history of enterprise process
reengineering (BPR) by combining with the actual situation of the enterprise, and then
combined with the actual situation of the packing process of NR company, The 5M1E
method is used to analyze the problem, and its causes are discussed in depth. And then use
the combination of theory and practice, the use of business process reengineering theory and
knowledge of the NR company packing shipping process carried out a full range of recycling,
recycling process involved in the process of organizational structure changes, the
introduction of third-party logistics services, The application of Information Technology, the
use of new packaging technology, advanced production equipment procurement, personnel
outsourcing management and other aspects. At the end of the article, the effect evaluation of
the packing process is evaluated and analyzed by establishing the effect evaluation system.
This paper analyzes the process reengineering of NR shipping process by using the first-
hand enterprise data, and the conclusion has certain reference and reference significance for
