重要组成部分,也是安全稳定的重要基础。专职消防队是石化行业生产不可缺
少的专业救援力量,与地方相比存在很大的特殊性。这支力量在石化行业保驾
护航中发挥的作用越来越显著,但是,其编制与地方消防不同、认可度低、薪
酬激励差等因素,导致了人员流动性大、工作积极性低、优秀人才难以保留、
绩效管理效果不明显等诸多问题,队伍综合素质提升缓慢
论文对选题背景进行了交代,阐述了其重要性,然后介绍了职业锚理论和
消防管理方面的研究,紧接着对 ZRCC 的企业背景及其专职消防队伍的基本情
况和管理现状进行了介绍,并就 ZRCC 专职消防队伍开展了人员职业锚相关因素
的问卷调查,发现该队伍中安全稳定型、技术职能型、管理型是这个群体的主
要职业锚类型,对三类主要职业锚类型的主要特征进行详细地分析,进一步汇
总其在队伍管理中涉及到的具体的影响因素,结合的相关因素,梳理汇总了队
伍管理现状中存在的问题,并开展分析,最后结合分析提出了完善成长机制、
构建科学的培训体系、建立完善的制度化管理体系、加强队伍管理保障四大方
面的建议。积极在队伍体制上、制度上和职业发展等方面寻求突破和创新,旨
