本文首先对互联网金融理论、大数据的技术理论进行了介绍;其次通过中国银行
S 分行对中小企业信贷模式进行案例分析,主要从中国银行 S 分行中小企业信贷新模
式、SIP 模式、中银结算通宝模式、信贷管理创新模式几个方面展开;然后指出中国
银行 S 分行中小企业信贷模式创新的不足进而分析原因;再分析国内其他商业银行信
贷模式创新进行经验借鉴;基于大数据背景下,结合上文的问题分析有针对性的对中
国银行 S 分行对中小企业信贷模式提出对策和改善建议。通过大数据技术的应用,促
进商业银行内部流程的优化、外部大数据方面合作的扩大,推动社会信用体系的改善,
为商业银行中小型企业信贷业务的进一步发展提供了指导

Research on the credit model of Bank of China Bank S
Branch to the medium-sized and small enterprises under
the background of big data
Abstract
Currently, the majority of Chinese enterprises are the medium-sized and small
enterprises, which play an irreplaceable role in the economical and social development,
and have been becoming a major power to drive the economical and social development.
For a long time of being, the financing problem restricts the development of medium-sized
and small enterprises. The commercial banks are the preferred choice for the medium-sized
enterprises to deal with the financing problem and also the main financing resource for the
medium-sized and small enterprises. However, due to the information asymmetry between
the banks and medium-sized and small enterprises, the high cost of the loan, the
inadequacy of the guarantee forms, the mechanism management of the banks and other
reasons, medium-sized enterprises are facing a financing difficulty. While the development
of the Internet has changed the world financial structure, the technology of big data can
become a powerful method for the Internet financing, it can contribute the commercial
banks to integrate more date resources, dig out from massive hidden information, and then
screens the asymmetry information, supplement the real information, reduce the credit
risks and financing cost, improving the operating efficiency, and further to support the
financing of the enterprises.
This article firstly introduces the theory of the Internet financing and the technology
of big data; then analyzes the medium-sized and small enterprises credit model of the S
Branch of China Bank. The analysis focus on the New Credit Model, SIP Model, BOC
Settlement Integration, and the innovation model of the loan before, in and after; then finds
out the shortages and the reasons for the shortages in the medium-sized and small
enterprises credit model of the S branch of China Bank. Moreover, taking the analyzed
results of the credit models from other commercial banks as references.Based on the
background of big data, providing some suggestions to improve the credit models of the S

technology of big data, can Optimize the internal process of commercial banks,expand
external big data cooperation, and promote the improvement of social credit system, which
