Abstract
Human resource lies at the core of competition among enterprises. Then how to acquire the
human resources with competitive edge At present, a number of enterprises have become aware
of the fact that possession of human resources with knowledge and intelligence is an essential
factor of enhancing the core competitiveness of an enterprise so as to realize its strategic target. As
a key component of HR management, training is a significant part of business administration.
Only by improving the employees’ technical merit and strengthening their capability through
efficient training can they adapt themselves to the development of the enterprise and meet the
requirements of certain posts. As a result, a scientific and complete training system is crucial to the
enterprise’s development.
Then how to optimize the old training system and make it more complete and scientific
Taking the staff training system of the Copper Company Affiliated to BNMC as the studying
object, this thesis analyzes the status quo and problems of staff training management, brings up
suggestions to the company on the model construction of staff training and management, the
design of strategy and project and the implementation and safeguard measures of staff training
plan, and solves the existing problems in training management of the Copper Company Affiliated
to BNMC. With the company’s institutionalized and systematic training and optimizing scheme,
all of the staff can strengthen their professional ethics, skills, disciplines and responsibilities, and
make significant contributions to the development of the enterprise and the improvement of the
product quality and service, so as to enhance the management efficiency and long-term
competitiveness of the Copper Company Affiliated to BNMC.
