本文归纳和整理了企业发展战略的相关理论,应用 PEST 分析法和波特五力分析
法对大庆岱博文化传播有限公司的外部环境进行综合分析,同时根据对岱博公司的实
际调研,对该公司的现状和内部环境进行充分探讨。在上述基础上,应用 SWOT 分
析法,选定了适合大庆岱博公司的发展战略——即增长型发展战略为主,多战略为辅
的发展战略。通过对公司的进一步分析,从时间和实现目标的角度将公司的发展战略
分为三个阶段,即稳定扩张阶段、转型发展阶段和创新发展阶段,同时确立了公司的
具体发展战略实施方案,实施稳步增长主营业务收入、打造咨询式广告代理平台、做
好三辅一主的发展模式、建立专业新媒体技术攻关团队以及打造“小巨星”品牌的发
展规划

Research on the Development Strategy of Daqing Dai Bo Culture
Communication Co., Ltd.
ABSTRACT
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee, with the icrease of
support efforts on the cultural industry policy, the cultural communication industry ushered
in the development opportunity. In particular, the rapid development of internet technology,
the combination of social networks and mobile networks with the arrival of the new media
era, promoting major changes in the traditional cultural communication industry. Daqing
Dai1Bo1Culture1Communication1Co.,Ltd,as1a1member1of1the1traditional1cultural1com-
munication industry, in this context ,is facing major challenges and opportunities in the
future direction of development. Therefore, we need a comprehensive analysis of the
internal and external environment of the company, integration of resource advantages,
avoid1weaknesses, timely adjust the company&39;s development strategy to achieve the
purpose of adapting to the new environment.
This article summarizes and analyzes the relevant theories of company development
strategy, and analyzes the external environment of Daqing Dai Bo Culture Communication
Co., Ltd. by PEST analysis and Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model analysis method. At
the same time, according to the actual research on Dai Bo Company, fully explores the
company&39;s current situation and the internal environment. On the basis of the above, by
the application of SWOT analysis, selects a suitable development strategy for Daqing Dai
Bocompany-that1is,1growth-oriented1development1strategy,multi-strategy1supplemented.
Through the further analysis of the company, from the perspective of time and achieving
the company&39;s target, the development strategy is divided into three stages, namely, the
stage of stable expansion, the stage of transitional development and the stage of innovative
development, meanwhile, establish the company&39;s specific implementation plan of
development strategy, implement the development strategy of steady growth of the main
business income, creation of a consultative advertising agency platform, one focused three
supplemented, establishment of professional new media technology team to build a little
