随着阿里巴巴、京东、亚马逊等电商平台的发展，农村网购和电子商务发展逐渐
走向快车道，较大的快递物流企业城市布点也逐渐向农村发展，走向农村市场，
投入大量资金、人员等，布局农村物流配送基础设施，推动农村物流市场网络发
展完善。但是，目前的快递物流网点网络布局一般只能到达县一级城市，乡镇一
级和村一级由于距离远、成本大，标准化快递物流网点较少，很多商品需要消费
者自己来取，点对点配送上门、点对点上门揽收覆盖率较小。农村物流发展体系
不是很完善

鹰潭市处于物流节点城市，但农村物流发展缓慢，与很多发达地区和城市有
很大的差距，与规范化、现代化、法制化物流发展也有很大差距。由于基础设施
建设落后，市场主体服务能力不足，各职能部门缺乏沟通合作，政策法规环境尚
未形成，使得鹰潭市农村物流服务体系的发展、建设和完善还有很长的一段路要
走

本文在全面收集农村物流发展相关研究成果和发展经验的基础上，以鹰潭市
农村物流发展为切入口，分析了鹰潭市农村物流发展的进程、问题，探讨了影响
鹰潭市农村物流发展的基础设施、人才短缺、电子商务发展较慢等因素，综合以
上，经过分析阐述了促进鹰潭市农村物流发展体系完善的意见和建议

本文共分为六个部分：第一部分绪论，介绍论文研究背景、研究意义、研究
内容、研究方法、研究创新。第二部分主要介绍了鹰潭市农村物流体系发展研究
的理论基础，包括内涵界定体系概述和构成要素。第三部分分析了鹰潭市农村物
流发展的几种模式，以及几种模式存在的相关问题。第四部分主要阐述了影响鹰
潭市农村物流发展的几方面因素，如农村电商、设施布局等。第五部分提出了优
化设计鹰潭市农村物流发展体系的意见和建议，主要从设施规划、人才培养等方
面展开。第六部分为结论和展望

Yingtan is in the logistics node city, but the development of rural logistics is slow,

as the entrance, analyzes the development of rural logistics in Yingtan City, the
process of problem, discusses the influence of Yingtan City, the development of rural
logistics infrastructure, e-commerce talent shortage, slow development and other

the development of rural logistics system in Yingtan City, perfect.
