首先,本文对企业战略管理的研究背景与研究意义进行了概述,从学者不同
的研究角度阐述了战略管理的国内外研究现状,介绍了本文的研究理论依据和研
究内容。
其次,对企业战略管理的概念、特点、构成要素进行了描述,分析了企业战
略管理环境、目标及其制定原则,并对战略管理的过程及应用的技术方法进行了
系统梳理,为公司内外部环境分析及制定科学的战略管理体系作了铺垫。
再次,利用环境因素分析,对中兴网信秦皇岛科技有限公司内外部环境进行
细致描述,运用 SWOT 等分析方法,对各战略的实施给予分类研究,对公司战略
制定提出理论构想及实施举措,形成与企业自身实际最贴切的战略决策。
最后,利用构建企业战略管理体系所要达到的预期目标的要求,完善战略管
理实施的各项保障措施,为公司战略管理的实施提供各方支持,进一步提升战略
实施的效果。

Abstract
Enterprise strategic management is the fundamental purpose of the development
of enterprises. And it is the dynamic decision-making to promote enterprises
obtainning long-term development advantages and maintainning it’s irreplaceability.
The strategic management is the reflection of enterprise’s culture, core values and
development goals.As meanwhile, do the enterprise’s strategic management good is
the fundamental way to achieve resource optimization configuration. Based on the
construction of enterprise strategic management system, this paper puts forward some
suggestions on how to formulate effective management strategy for ZTEICT
Qinhuangdao Science and Technology Co., Ltd. by internal and external analysis.
Firstly, this paper summarizes the research background and research significance
of enterprise strategic management, expounds the research status of strategic
management from different perspectives, and introduces the theoretical basis and
research contents of this paper.
Secondly, it analyzes the concept, characteristics and constituent elements of
enterprise strategic management, analyzes the enterprise strategic management
environment, the goal and its development principle, and systematically combs the
process and application of the strategic management process, paving the way for the
company to implement a scientific strategic management system.
Thirdly, with the analysis of environmental factors, the paper described internal
and external environment of ZTEICT Qinhuangdao Science and Technology Co., Ltd.
in detail. SWOT and other analytical methods are used to classify the implementation
of each category. Putting forward the theoretical conceptions and implementations of
the company&39;s strategy, the most appropriate strategic decisions are formed.
Finally, according to the requirements of the expected target of the enterprise
strategic management system, the safeguard measures implemented by the strategic
management are provided, and the support of the company&39;s strategic management is
provided to further enhance the effect of the strategy implementation.
