本文系统运用人力资源管理的相关理论对 XF 公司员工培训做了系统研究
首先,在深入调查 XF 公司员工培训现状和 XF 公司培训师资现状基本因素的前
提之下,总结和归纳该公司在员工培训中存在的主要问题,并对此进行了深入
分析。其次,以 XF 公司员工培训的总体情况为基点,结合该公司未来发展战
略,运用 PEST(宏观环境)分析、行业环境分析、SWOT 矩阵分析等方法,对
微观环境及员工培训与管理现状做了深入分析,有针对性、建设性地设计公司
员工培训方案。再次,在总体计划的指导之下,明确培训方案的基本设计原则
和设计思路等先导问题,设计出具体员工培训方案和实施计划。主要包括培训
启动、聘请培训师、提供培训工具和选择培训环境、监控培训过程和评估培训
效果,从而构建了一个较为完善、系统的培训体系。为了确保员工培训方案的
顺利开展,制定具体可行的保障措施。本论文立足 XF 公司员工培训现状,在
充分借鉴和吸收国内外、业内外优秀理论和经验的基础之上,经过不断总结和
实践,对公司员工培训工作总体规划,建立一套比较科学、完善、有效的企业
培训方案。不仅能够有效提升企业人力资源的价值和发展潜力,还能在企业和
员工之间形成互相促进、激励,共同促进企业健康、快速发展

Research on the design and Implementation of
XF Company Staff Training Program
Abstract
Under the background of economic globalization, the market competition is
mainly the competition of the comprehensive strength of the enterprise, it is the
competition of the science and technology and the talented person. In recent years,
human resource has become the core strength and the key factor to win the
competition. Especially in the case of knowledge of geometric speed growth, there
are plans to systematically train enterprise employees, has become the first choice of
enterprise human resources and the main way to preserve the value. Enterprises
through effective training programs, effectively enhance the level of human
resources in enterprises and the ability to grasp the skills required for the
development and innovation of the enterprise. The realization of the goal of
enterprise development are inseparable, and enterprise in the field of industry
competition ability, improve the competitiveness of the key lies in the development
and innovation of enterprises, the implementation of all these rely on the
improvement of human resources development.
In this paper, the theory of human resources management system for XF
company staff training to do a systematic study. First, under the premise of basic
factors in-depth investigation XF company employee training status and XF teacher
training status, and summarizes the main problems existing in the corporate staff
training, and this was the in-depth analysis. Secondly, to the overall situation of the

based in XF company employee training situation, fully absorbing and referring to
the domestic and foreign, outside the industry outstanding theoretical and empirical
basis, through constant summing up and practice, the general plan of company staff
training, the establishment of a more perfect, scientific and effective enterprise
training program. Not only can effectively improve the value of human resources and
