本文在借鉴国际成熟的房地产融资模式的基础上,提出地产企业可以采用
美国、新加坡、日本等模式。融资模式采用股票、债券、社保基金、私募基金
等,对地产企业融资方式的创新应该具备的配套措施进行了分析

Abstract
Real estate industry has become a pillar industry of national economy while
made an important role in the national economy. At the same time the real estate
industry is typical of capital-intensive industries which the demand for funds is huge.
But China's real estate industry's heavy reliance on bank loan financing, with the
macro-control policy changes while moving away from national monetary policy,and
raising the bank reserve ratio, increase interest rates. '
The main channel for financing the real estate industry has been seriously
hampered bank loans, how to ease the financial pressure on the real estate industry
and to expand the financing channels of the real estate industry. At last the real estate
industry will be health onto the track which becomes the focus of the parties.
In this paper, we are drawing on international real estate financing models
mature, based on the proposed real estate companies how could use for the United
States, Singapore, Japan and other models. Financing using stocks, bonds, pension
funds,private equity funds, real estate financing of innovative enterprises should have
supporting measures were analyzed.
