随着经济的发展,我国水电建筑市场已经出现供大于求的情况,市场争夺日趋白
热化,与此同时,受经济全球化的影响,国内外水电市场整合成为必然趋势,国内水
电建筑施工企业将在国内和国际市场直接面对所有同行企业的激烈竞争。相对国外同
行,我国的水电建筑公司在管理、资金、技术等方面都处于劣势地位。在这样一个复
杂多变的市场环境面前,中国的水电施工企业要在竞争中生存和发展,应当客观地评
价企业自身存在的优势和劣势,制定适用于自己的战略并有效地执行,才能提高企业
的竞争力,创造企业价值,促进企业的可持续发展。
本文以水电八局企业战略研究为主线,结合战略研究文献理论,联系本人在水电
八局的实际工作,首先介绍该题目的背景和意义等;然后分析水电八局内部情况:先
对整个水电建筑施工行业做出整体描述,再介绍水电八局,接着描述水电八局企业内
部优势与存在的问题,通过IFE内部因素评价矩阵,得出水电八局内部总加权分数为
3.05,高于平均分2.5,表明水电八局内部因素相对同行有比较明显的竞争优势;然后
通过PEST企业宏观环境分析方法对水电八局所处的外部宏观环境做出整体地分析,
应用波特五力模型对水电八局目前存在的替代品威胁、买方议价能力、卖方议价能力
以及现存竞争者,潜在进入者五方面进行分析研究,使用EFE外部因素评价矩阵对水
电八局的外部环境做全面的评价,得出目前水电八局在水电建筑行业相对其他竞争对
手能充分利用外部机会和回避外部威胁,但优势不太明显;在以上研究基础上对水电
八局战略选择做出探讨,本文最后提出了保障战略实施的途径。

Abstract
With the development of economy, the oversupply situation has occurred in China's
hydropower construction market, market competition is increasingly intense, at the same
time,affected by the economic globalization, domestic and international power market
integration has become an inevitable trend, the domestic hydropower construction
enterprises will face with fierce competition from all construction enterprises directly.
Compared with foreign counterparts, China's hydropower construction company is inferior
to them in management, fund and technology. In such a complex market environment, in
order to survive and develop in the competition, we should evaluate enterprises' advantages
and disadvantages objectively, enact and execute suitable strategies. Only by this can
improve the competitiveness of enterprises, create value for them and promote the
sustainable development of them.
Based on the study of eight hydropower enterprises, combined with the strategic
research of literature theory, first the article takes my practical work in hydropower
construction enterprise as an example to introduce background and significance; then
analyzes the internal situation of Hydropower Bureau eight: makes the overall description of
the industry, then describes advantages and disadvantages of Hydropower Bureau eight
enterprises, with the presence of IFE,the internal factor evaluation matrix, the hydropower
eight bureau of internal total weighted score was 3.05, higher than the average of 2.5,shows
that the relative peer factors hydropower eight bureau has obvious competitive advantage;
and then through the PEST enterprise macro environment analysis of the external macro
environment method the hydropower eight bureau to make overall analysis, Application of
Potter's five forces model of existing hydropower eight bureau the threat of substitutes,the
bargaining power of the buyer bargaining power, as well as the existing competitors,
potential entrants are studied, the use of EFE external factors of external environment of
Hydropower Bureau eight evaluation matrix comprehensive evaluation, the eight
