本文以IT类销售服务企业C公司为研究对象,介绍了公司的历史、规模和主要业

务,分析了公司的发展现状、面临的困境以及组织结构中存在的问题。以组织结构的相

关理论为指导,通过公司内部文档和与员工交流来搜集研究材料,对C公司现行的组织

结构进行了优化设计。最后,通过思想方面、制度方面、人员方面和组织方面建立一系

列保障措施,确保组织结构的优化能够顺利进行,并在公司的运营中发挥更多的作用。

本文希.望通过对C公司组织结构的优化研究,帮助C公司其摆脱当前困境、完善

管理体系,提高公司竞争力,在瞬息万变的市场环境中健康发展。同时,组织结构的优

化方案对于其他IT类销售服务企业也有着积极的借鉴意义。

Abstract

Organization is the base form of enterprise1 development,organizational structure is the

basic operational state of enterprise, organizational structure design rationality directly affects

tiie survival and development of enterprises. In the theory of organization structure, there are a

lot of organization structure, each model has its own advantages and disadvantages.

Enterprises in the selection of organization structure mode,should be comprehensive

consideration of various factors, such as the scale of enterprise, culture, technology and

strategic direction. In the organizational structure optimization design, not only in the

integration of institution, personnel or do vary from minute to minute,should according to the

market environment and the level of technology change rapidly,serious study of the problem,

a comprehensive adjustment of the whole organization from the systematic and scientific

point of view, the eventual establishment of a business strategy in line with the development

of division of labor and cooperation system.

In this paper, the IT sales and service enterprise C company as tiie research object, this

paper introduces the history, scale and the main business of the company,analyzes the

existing situation, the company is facing difficulties and problems of organization structure of.

With the theory of organizational structure as the guide, through the company's internal

documents and communicate with their employees to collect research material,the current

organizational structure of C company optimized design. Finally, through thought,system,

personnel and organization to establish a series of safeguard measures,ensure the

optimization of the organizational structure can be carried out smoothly, play a bigger role in

the operation of the company.
