本文以开放式创新社区网络为研究对象,通过运用多种理论和研究方法开展
研究工作。首先,本文从开放式创新社区网络的参与主体、参与角色、沟通平台
和价值规范等四个方面,对开放式创新社区网络构建要素进行探讨和分析。其次,
本文结合开放式创新网络的相关理论以及社区网络的构建要素的性质、特点以及
作用, 构建要素整合共享、创新主体协同合作的企业开放式创新社区网络概念模
型,并从社区网络平台内部和外部两方面,系统分析了模型作用机理。最后,本
文以企业开放式创新社区网络概念模型为基础,提出开放式创新社区网络创新能
力的评价指标体系,并采用模糊综合评价的理论和方法建立综合评价模型,通过
实例调查和实证研究,对 Z 公司开放式创新社区网络的创新能力进行评价, 并提
出相应的政策建议。

Abstract
With the development of informatization and networking,innovation mode and
developing trend have taken place in great changes。 The way that enterprises used to
rely on internal resources for innovation is difficult to sustain their own competitive
advantage and to meet the market demand. Enterprise must seek cooperation from
external access to resources and technology effectively. Therefore, open innovation
has gradually become the dominant mode of enterprise innovation. And network
community can help enterprises Integrate and use external information and resources.
Enterprises can make full use of open innovation network community and innovate
quickly and effectively.
This thesis sets the open innovation community network as a research objective
and uses a variety of theories and research methods to carry out the research work.
First, this thesis analyzes four parts of the open innovation community networks to
explore its overall structure, including participating members, participating role,
communication platform and value specification. Second, after studying the main
participants collaborate and share resources, this thesis sets up the concept model of
open innovation network community and analyzes the function mechanism of model.
Third, based on the theory and method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this thesis
establishes innovation ability evaluation index system and comprehensive evaluation
model of open innovation network community. Then through example investigation
and empirical research, this thesis put forward some corresponding recommendations
and suggestions for enterprises.
