本文在梳理了国内外关于生产效率影响因素、生产效率管理等生产效率相关
理论的基础上,从市场环境、产品技术研发与主导产品和生产组织三个方面分析
了齐二机床厂的生产经营现状, 发现了影响企业生产效率的要素主要包括技术和
组织两个方面并进行了深入分析。通过生产经营现状和生产效率影响要素的分析
发现随着市场竞争的加剧,齐二机床厂的客户需求趋于个性化、产品供货周期不
断缩短、配套设置要求更高,而企业在生产效率方面仍然存在产品创新能力弱、
忽视制造条件的提升、生产模式不完善和管理机制不健全等问题,若不及时解决
将严重阻碍企业的发展。本文针对生产效率存在的问题从基于产品创新控制、基
于制造条件控制、基于生产模式控制和基于管理机制控制四个方面设计出了齐二
机床厂基于要素控制的生产效率提升方案,同时为保证方案的顺利实施,从推进
信息化建设、加强以马组精神为核心的文化建设和提升员工素质三个方面提出了
相应的管理保障措施。

Abstract
As the basic production tool of the equipment manufacturing industry, the heavy
machine tool, especially the high-end heavy machine tool, carries advanced
manufacturing technologies, and is regarded as the workhorses of the equipment
manufacturing industry and the edge tool to develop the high-end equipment
manufacturing. For the revitalization of the heavy machine tool industry, China has
gradually introduced a series of supportive policies to promote the adjustment of
industry structure and the upgrade of technical level in the equipment manufacturing
industry. Manufacturing capability of heavy machine tool manufacturing enterprises in
China is increasing, the development momentum is strong. But compared with the
world advanced enterprises, there still exists the obvious gap. The backwardness of
Chinese enterprises is not only the product technology and equipment, but also the lack
of advanced manufacturing mode and management mechanism. In order to improve the
competitiveness and realize the sustained and stable development, heavy machine tool
manufacturing enterprises in China should strengthen the product innovation ability,
improve manufacturing process design level, and at the same time, they should improve
the production mode, establish and perfect the management mechanism, and improve
the enterprises' production efficiency.
On the basis of reviewing the related production efficiency theories about the
factors affecting production efficiency, production efficiency management and so on,
this paper analyzes the enterprise's status quo of production management from three
aspects, which are market environment, product technology research and development
and the leading products and production organization. It finds that the factors affecting
the production efficiency of enterprises mainly include two aspects, which are
technology and organization, and carries on the thorough analysis. According to the
analysis of the status quo of production management and factors affecting production
efficiency, find that with the aggravation of the market competition, the customer
demand is more personalized, the product delivery cycle is shorter, and complete set
