售后回租赁还款方式灵活，快捷高效，融资期限长，逐渐成为仅次于银
行贷款的第二大融资方式，但是由于租赁物件抵御风险能力偏弱，如何进行
风险控制一直是业界积极探讨的论题。
本文以 HL 公司售后回租赁项目为案例，分析了远东宏信有限公司现有
对售后回租赁项目的风险控制体系，结合 HL 公司的电力施工行业特点，分
析了 HL 公司的股东背景，上市进程、经营、投资和融资状况，通过尽职调
查、现场复核、重视对企业未来发展的评估，最终确定了 HL 公司售后回租
赁项目的风险控制方案。
本文经过分析列举出对 HL 公司售后回租赁项目风险控制的前期、中期
和后期所取得的经验，对售后回租赁项目的风险控制提出建议，从而为今后
其他金融类项目的风险控制起到良好的借鉴作用，进而为金融机构的风险控
制提供一些参考。

Abstract
“Sale and leaseback” is also called financing Sale and leaseback , it is
pointed that the lessee will transfer own equipment to the lease company into the
capital; At the same time, the lessee use equipment and pay rent during the lease
term through signing the lease contract with the leasing company, the lessee will
own equipment again at the end of the lease term.
This paper analyzes the risk control system of the sale and leaseback
project risk management of Far East Horizon limited to HL company in earlier
stage、middle and late stage. This paper analyzes and lists experience from HL
company projects. Meanwhile, the paper provides some suggestions to later asset
management, and good reference to others financial project in the future. This
article sums up experience on the private power sector clients financing risk
control, so as to put forward the proposal for the other financial project risk
control.
This paper analyzes the risk control system of Far East Horizon Limited in
highways, municipal administration, railways and other mature markets,
combining with the characteristics of power industry; analyzes shareholders
background of the HL company, going public processes, operating and
investment situations; explores different situations and regulations for custom er
risk control of power industry in due diligence, site review, credit evaluation,
contract approval, business operation and asset visiting. This paper analyzes and
lists experience from HL company projects. Meanwhile, the paper provides some
suggestions to later asset management, and good reference to others financial
project in the future.
