中国股票市场经过二十多年的发展已取得巨大的成绩,股票市场作为中国证

券市场的重要组成部分,对中国经济的发展和社会的稳定起着重要的作用。中国

股票市场经历了从混乱无序到制度健全,从股票数量屈指可数到目前近三千家上

市企业,庞大有序的市场不仅满足了企业的融资需求,也为广大投资者提供了丰

富的投资平台。中国证券市场具有与发达国家成熟市场相比特殊的情况,发展速

度快,国外经过几十年发展起来的证券市场,中国仅用了二十年就完成了,发展

过程中必定存在诸多不完善的地方和一些历史遗留问题,诸如国有股改制、限售

股减持等现状严重影响着市场的发展,这些都成为未来市场发展过程中必须面对

和解决的问题。投资者数量庞大,中国资本市场起步晚,投资品种相对较少,证

券市场被普通大众认为是一个可以快速获取利益的场所,这就形成了中国数量惊

人的散户股民,虽然单个投资者投资金额有限,但数量的优势使得散户投资者在

证券市场的力量不容小觑,他们在不断的投资经历中理解市场,总结经验,也逐

步形成了适合自己的投资模式。

本文通过研究我国证券市场的起源与发展,分析当前的证券市场特点,结合

目前市场主流投资模式,以参与证券市场的个人投资者为研究对象,总结定义个

人投资模式,对个人投资者进行分类。个人证券投资模式主要分为以下三种:个

人价值投资、个人投机性投资、个人委托投资,文中主要对这三种投资模式的概

况、优劣势对比及适用性分析进行阐述,详细解读各类投资模式的特性,从而使

不同的投资者在选择投资模式过程中能有所参考和借鉴。最后通过对个人证券投

资模式的未来发展状况进行分析,从而得出个人专户委托投资理财将在未来个人

证券投资中扮演重要角色。

investment platform for the majority of investors. China's securities market is

compared with the developed country mature markets special cases, fast development

and foreign securities market developed over several decades, use only about twenty

years,China will surely there are many drawbacks in the process of development and

some problems left over by history, such as restructuring of state-owned shares,

reduction of restricted stock situation seriously affects the development of the market,

all of these become the future market must face and solve problems in the

development process. Huge number of investors, the capital market started late,

relatively small investments, securities market is considered by the general public as a

place can quickly gain an advantage, it is formed of a surprising number of retail

investors in China,while individual investors investment amount is limited, but the

number of advantages that retail investors in the stock market force to be reckoned

with, and they understand the market, in constant investment experience summing up

experience, and gradually formed a suitable investment model.

This article through studies the origin and development of securities market in

China, analyzing the characteristics of the securities market, combined with the

market at present the mainstream investment model, to participate in the securities
