在新的时代背景下,党和政府对高校辅导员的角色定位和职责要求己经曰
益明确,辅导员的管理、育人、服务功能也越来越受到重视。如何针对高等职
业院校辅导员需求和特点建立激励机制,是许多高职院校发展中需要思考的问
题。因此本文以河南交通职业技术学院辅导员激励机制为研究对象,加强高职、
院校辅导员队伍激励机制的基础研究,对高职院校辅导员队伍的管理具有重要
的现实意义。
本文从激励机制在高校人力资源管理中的重要地位入手,强调了高校改革
发展背景下建立辅导员激励机制的重大意义,紧紧围绕河南交通职业技术学院
的发展,阐述建立完善河南交通职业技术学院辅导员激励机制的现实意义,提
出了论文的研究背景、研究意义、研究的方法和内容。本文主要从三个方面阐
述建立完善河南交通职业技术学院辅导员激励机制的依据:一是激励理论,二
是河南交通职业技术学院辅导员激励机制的现状,三是河南交通职业技术学院
辅导员的特征和需求;本文较详细地介绍激励机制相关理论、高校辅导员管理
的相关理论,为河南交通职业技术学院辅导员激励机制设计,打下坚实的理论
基础;采用问卷调查法、文献研究法等方法,分析了河南交通职业技术学院辅
导员激励机制使用过程中表现出的突出问题,指出进一步建立完善激励机制势
在必行;运用激励机制的相关理论,采用深度访谈法、专家打分法设计了河南
交通职业技术学院辅导员激励机制,在考核体系、物质激励措施、非物质激励
措施、约束机制等方面进行了设计和优化。对初步设计的河南交通职业技术学
院辅导员激励机制实施过程中的组织建设、制度建设、平台建设等方面进行了
分析,并提出了具体的操作方法,构建了完善辅导员激励机制的保障体系。
本文设计出了一套较为完整的高职院校辅导员激励机制。本文的研究对提
高河南交通职业技术学院辅导员管理水平具有实际意义,对其他高职院校也具
有参考价值。

Abstract
Under the background of new era,for the Party and the government, the
perception of the responsibilities about college counselors has been increasingly
clear .the management, education, and service function of counselors are also more
and more paid attention .How to build up college counselor incentive mechanism is
worth thinking In Higher Vocational Colleges, according to Counselor needs and
characteristics. Hence,based on the objects —— counselors in Henan Vocational
and Technical College of Communications, the study on incentive mechanism of
counselors is developed. This paper has important practical meaning for the
management of the vocational counselors.
From the aspect that the important role of incentive mechanism in human
resource management, the significance of incentive mechanisms establishment for
counselors is highlighted under the situation of reform and development of colleges
and universities. The research background, significance,research methods and
content are presented closely around the development of Henan Vocational and
Technical College of Communications (HNCC), and the significance of establishment
and improvement of incentive mechanisms for counselors are explained as well.This
paper describes the incentive mechanisms establishment for young teachers from the
following three aspects: a) incentive theory, b) Current situation of Henan Vocational
and Technical College of Communications counselor incentive mechanism, c)
Characteristics and requirement of Henan Vocational and Technical College of
Communications instructors. This paper introduces the theory about motivation
mechanism, and college counselors' management theory. Meanwhile, the latest
achievements and development trend of the management and appraisal of colleges
and universities counselors at home and abroad are showed in this paper, which lay a
solid theoretical foundation for the Henan Vocational and Technical College of
Communications counselor incentive mechanism design. By the method of
questionnaire, literature study, and other methods,the problem of Henan Vocational
and Technical College of Communications counselor incentive mechanism in the
