本文通过对该问题数据的分析,基于相关理论的研究以及对柜面员工的调查,尤其是
以苏州 A 银行作为实例进行了剖析,得出柜面员工流失的三个主要原因,并得出了留住银
行柜面员工的相关对策,即要从根本上留住人才,针对员工需求的差异性,满足不同员工
需要,提高员工满意度,激发员工潜能,从而将员工效能发挥最大。从人才管理机制上讲,
商业银行员工管理的核心内容之一就是要建立和健全一套全新的人才激励和培训机制,营
造一套与银行自身发展相适应的、与时俱进的企业文化。这种“以人为本”为核心、既有
员工充分发展机遇、又有灵活宽松空间的价值观,才是现代商业银行人才资源管理的本质
核心所在,才是真正实现商业银行发展的最根本保证。

The A bank of Suzhou counter staff resign analysis and
countermeasures research
Abstract
With the rapid growth of the economy, the financial industry has rapidly expanded and opened
up to the outside world. In light of this, foreign banks have entered the Chinese market in a
comprehensive way. With their advanced management methods, improved training processes, an
internal environment of fair competition and generous benefits; they have purposefully poached
from commercial Banks a number of outstanding employees. Large amounts of data show that the
loss of commercial bank staff is a serious phenomenon, especially in the cornerstone of banking
operations, the counter employees. This not only increases the operating costs and reduces staff
loyalty, but also weakens the competitiveness and stability of commercial Banks.
This article is a psychological investigation into Suzhou A bank counter staff. It is concluded
that there are three major causes of employee turnover, and then through the analysis and study of
the causes of staff turnover, the recommending of commercial bank staff countermeasures. Namely;
to fundamentally retain talent, the different demands for staff, meeting the needs of different
employees, improve employee satisfaction, recognize employee potential, which will play A
biggest employee performance. One of the core principles of the commercial bank employee
management mechanism is to establish and develop a new set of talent incentives and training
processes and to adapt a set of guidelines to enable the development of staff, advancing with the
times within the bank's corporate culture. With the people-oriented approach at the core,
development opportunities to help employees realize their potential, combined with flexible and
comfortable working conditions, is the essence of modern commercial bank human resources
management. This will fundamentally guarantee the successful future development of commercial
Banks.
