中文摘要
创新已经越来越成为企业成功的最基本的要求,如何开发符合本土化市场需求的
产品是每个 FDI 企业所面临的问题,也是其在本土发展的关键因素。满足本土化的市
场需求,适应本土化的创新文化,培养本土化的创新人才,利用本土的各种资源进行
本土化的产品创新是本文的研究重点。

本文按照提出问题,分析问题,解决问题的主要思路进行,主要结构是:
首先,绪论部门阐述了本论文的研究背景,论文的研究意思和创新点,整理了本
论文的研究思路,随后在第二章总结了关于本土化和产品创新的相关理论和文献综述。

其次,提出问题。第三章在介绍了博世的相关背景和产品创新的现状之后,提出
了博世来到中国的挑战。

第三,分析问题,针对博世公司本土化的创新管理进行分析,分别从博世的创新
管理背景,人才本土化的战略,产品本土化以及协同创新等几个方面入手。

第四,解决问题和案例分析,本文以电动车的 ALD 产品为例介绍了博世的一整
套产品创新管理体系,包括产品前期的市场调研,风险分析,产品量产的可行性分析。

最后总结了本文研究的观点和结论,同时也提出研究的不足之处。

Research on local product innovation of Bosch company
Abstract
Innovation is becoming more and more the most basic requirement for the enterprise,
how to develop the local market fit product is the biggest problem for all FDI enterprise,
and it is also the key factor of the local development of the business. How to fulfill the
local market requirement, adapt the local innovation culture, develop the local innovative
talents, use all kinds of resource for local product innovation is the key focus of this thesis.
Pointing out the problem, analyzing the problem and solving the problem is the main
steps of this thesis, main structure is:
Firstly, the background of the localization of production innovation is given, then the
research method and benefit of the research is stated. Afterward, the theory of the
localization and product innovation is collected.
Secondly, in chapter 3, challenge of Bosch China is given after introducing the
general information of the company.
Thirdly, the thesis analyzes the localization and product innovation of Bosch China
from the following perspectives: innovation management system, localization of the
human resource, local product development and co-operational innovation.
Fourthly, the thesis solves the problem with the example analysis. With the local
product ALD, this thesis introduces the basic Bosch innovation product development
process.
In the last, conclusion of the thesis is given and the shortage of the research is also
stated.
