大唐无线移动创新中心竞争战略研究

摘要

随着3G技术的成熟和4G网络投入商用,移动互联网、云计算、

及物联网等工业与信息化技术应用深度融合、快速发展,信息消费需

求不断攀升,为我国移动通信行业的发展带来了良好的发展机遇。但

在市场规模扩大的同时,越来越多的国内外厂商加入到市场竞争中,

移动通信市场的竞争必将加剧。大唐无线移动创新中心想要在产业的

发展和变革中抓住机遇,在激烈的竞争中发展壮大,完成从研发投入

的成本中心到具备自主盈利能力的利润中心的改变,就必须制定出有

效的竞争战略,建立并保持竞争优势。

本文以所学的战略管理理论为指导,首先运用PEST模型对创新

中心面临的外部宏观环境进行了分析,并借助波特五力模型分析了中

心在所处行业中的市场竞争力,为制定竞争战略提供依据。接着,本

文简要介绍了创新中心的发展历程和发展现状,利用SWOT模型分

析了企业的内部优势和劣势,外部面临的机遇与威胁。在以上分析的

基础之上,论文提出了创新中心要实现成长为专业、综合、领先的国

际化技术研发中心的战略目标以及实施以培育核心能力和协同生态

环境为中心的差异化竞争战略,并在最后论述给出了战略实施保障:

继续加强标准先行的保障作用;重视知识产权管理和运营,盘活无形

资产;优化组织管理;发展差异化的产品战略,优化现有资源配置,

提升客户的满意度;针对不同产品,建立以市场为导向,与战略向匹

配的价格体系。本文的分析和研宄,对创新中心如何在市场竞争中,

建立和保持自己的竞争优势,提出了一些建议,丰富了创新型企业竞

争战略的相关理论研宄工作,也对国内同类研发机构或创新型企业依

据自身特点进行的竞争战略选择,提升市场竞争力提供了一定的借鉴

意义。

A RESEARCH ON THE COMPETITIVE STRATEGY OF

DATANG WIRELESS MOBILE INNOVATION CENTER

ABSTRACT

With the 3G technologies mature and 4G networks are commercially

deployed, the industry and application of information technologies like

mobile Internet, cloud computing, and the Internet of things are

integrating and developing rapidly, and the demand of information

consumption is rising, which provides a very good opportunity for the

development of mobile communication industry in china. However, while

the market size and scale increase, more and more domestic and foreign

manufacturers join the market competition, so that the competition of

mobile communications market is intensifying. If Datang Wireless

Mobile Innovation Center wants to seize the opportunity in the

development and change of industry, grow and develop in the fierce

competition, and complete the transformation from a Research and

Development cost center to profit center having its own profitability, he

must formulate an effective competition strategy, and establish and

maintain the competitive advantage.

In this paper, we make analysis and research based on the strategic

management theories. First, a PEST analysis is used to scan the external

macro-environment facing by the Innovation Center, and with the help of

market competitiveness analysis through applying Michael Porter's Five

Forces Model, we find out the influential factors that affect

decision-making in formulating the competition strategy. Then, this paper

briefly reviews the development history and current status of Innovation

Center, and describes the Innovation Center's strengths, weaknesses,

opportunities and threats based on SWOT analysis. Based on above, the

paper put forwards the view that Innovation Center should set growing

into a professional, comprehensive, sophisticated international technology

R&D Center as ks strategic objectives, and implement a differentiation

strategy with cultivating its core competence and collaborative
