本文通过对战略管理理论的研究概述,从学校的外部环境和内部环境分析
学校目前的处境,找出发展的关键因素,对学校的发展进行定位。其次,通过
对学校的内部竞争优势、劣势、机遇和面临的挑战,通过 SWOT 分析列出了学
校的 SWOT 四种战略模式。根据蓝海战略分析了泉州 HG 学院的价值创新、“剔
除-减少-增加-创造”四坐标格和战略布局图,从战略匹配中得出了学校未来发
展的战略目标。根据内外部环境的和对未来的变化预测,制定了泉州 HG 学院的
发展战略。
泉州 HG 学院作为泉州民办高校的代表,对其战略规划进行研究具有一定
的现实意义,希望为泉州民办高校在发展规划上提供一些参考意见。

The Quanzhou HG colleges is a private universities of Chinese higher
education .which take the talented person training various technology and grass-roots
unit administration as target. The school arrives at now from building-up, Enroll new
students the number increases year by year , the special field is interposed more and
more, the arrangement of ideas running a school is improved gradually. But, the
cut-throat competition facing the outside environment, The school facing the problem
is how takes the development of future, we need to work out a indeed feasible
development strategy.
Through the overview of the theoretical study of competitive strategy, From the
inside environment and the outside environment to analyze the school’s environment
for the development of enterprises where to find the key factors is given level the
school’s future development direction. From the internal competition strengths,
weaknesses, opportunities and challenges through the SWOT analysis we list four
kinds of enterprise’s alternative strategic modes. According to the Blue Ocean
Strategy we analysis the Quanzhou HG colleges value innovation,
“Eliminate-Reduce-Raise-Create” grid and the Strategy Layout of The Quanzhou HG
colleges. Finally, according to the outside and inside environment and future
forecast, we work out the development strategy of the Quanzhou HG colleges.
As the representative of Quan Zhou private universities , the research to HG’s
strategy plan has certain practical, and we hope that can provides some reference
ideas to Quan Zhou private colleges and universities on development plan.
