摘 要
近年来“用工荒”的反复出现打破了我国社会廉价劳动力无限供给的神话,人
口红利的枯竭将倒逼依赖低成本劳动力获取利润的企业改进生产技术、促进产
业升级,企业从劳动密集型转向资本和技术密集型,随着产业结构的升级换代,
高素质高技能的新生代工人需求量逐渐增加,而原有知识层次较低的农民工需
求量逐渐降低,致使企业必须重新开辟新的招募渠道。

反观整个社会人力外部环境,大学生就业难问题一直是社会关注的焦点,
2014 年全国普通高校毕业生规模达到 727 万人,比去年增加 28 万人,就业总量
持续增加和大学生所学内容与社会实际需求脱节的结构性矛盾突出,造成大量
毕业生找不到工作,学校培养体制需要市场导向,对比之国内企业人才紧缺的
供需矛盾,校企联合人才培养迫在眉睫。

本文结合 R 集团季节性人力短期现状及校企合作模式开拓实战经验,探索
出企业在校企合作推动过程中校企合作关系开拓、人才培养制度建设、校企文
化衔接、校企联合培养基地建设等方面的有关策略,同时运用实例论证、演绎
与归纳、回归分析、文献综述等研究方法总结出了一套实用性、标准化的作业
模式,为大型制造企业或劳动密集型企业开展校企合作、加快高技能人才培养
提供范例,同时促进国内校企联合人才培养机制建设。

Abstract
In recent year, the appearance of “Labor Shortage” has broken the myths of the
infinite cheaper labor supply to China. The exhaustion of demographic dividend will
make the enterprises which made a profit with the lower cost in past improve
production technology, promote industrial upgrading and transform the labor
intensive company to capital and technology intensive company. Following the
industrial structure updating, the demand of a new generation with higher quality and
proficient skills is increasing gradually, and the need of original peasant-workers with
low lever knowledge is decreasing, which compels the enterprises to develop a new
recruitment channels.
In contrast, to the human external environment in society, great employment
pressure problem to college students has always been the focus issues of social
attention. The graduates of national ordinary university have leaped to 7.27 million in
the year of 2014, raising 280000 relative to 2013. The aggregate employment
continues to increase, the content of college students’ learning and social practical
demand is still existing acute structural imbalance, which make many graduates have
a difficulty to find a job. The system of university training need market orientation.
To compare the contradiction between supply and demand of talent shortage, the
domestic university enterprise united cultivation is at all imminent.
The parper combined with Manpower shortage of R Group and cooperation
model of College - Enterprise Cooperation to develop practical experience and
explore strategy about the relatioship between College - Enterprise Cooperation,
construction of personnnel training system, convergence of College - Enterprise
Cooperation cultural and Construction of training base of College - Enterprise
Cooperation. Applying the research methods of the instances proof, deductive and
summarized, regression analysis and iterature review to summarize a set of
practicality, standardized operation mode. And These efforts to provide the large
