本文以 JH 钢结构公司案例研究对象,通过充分运用绩效管理相关方法与理
论,对该公司的绩效管理现状进行分析,采用调查问卷的方式,总结出 JH 公司
在绩效管理方面问题与缺陷。此外,通过对造成 JH 钢结构公司绩效管理问题的
原因进行分析后,提出了以关键绩效指标为核心的绩效管理优化方案,并结合对
绩效管理流程的五个环节的改进,建立一套能适用于 JH 钢结构的绩效管理体系
本文采用理论联系实际的方法,寻求一套适用于 JH 钢结构公司的绩效管理
优化方案,希望能够解决 JH 公司的绩效管理问题并提高其绩效管理水平,并且
也期望能够为处于快速发展中的相类似企业在绩效管理过程中提供一定的借鉴

Performance management is one of very important part in the human resources
management, which is not only an effective guarantee to improve the level of
performance management, and also an important tool to realize the strategic target of
enterprise management. At present, many enterprises have set up performance
management system in our country, but the practice effect is not obvious in the
process of performance management , where there always exist some problems and
deficiencies that make the established performance management system not obtain the
benefit maximization. In order to solve the sorts of problems of enterprise
performance management, which makes it really serve the enterprise strategy, thus
establishing a set of suitable and effective performance management system for the
enterprise is imperative.
By analyzing JH steel structure company as the case research object,and making
fully use of the performance management theory and methods related to carry out the
analysis of the present situation of the company's performance management, this
article summarizes problems and defects in JH company performance management in
questionnaire. In addition, through the analysis of the causes resulting in problems of
JH steel structure company performance management, the key performance indicators
have been put forward as the core of performance management optimization scheme,
combined with the improvements of the five elements of performance management
process , and a performance management system that can apply to JH steel structure
should be established .
This article adopts the method of relating theory with practice, seeking a set of
performance management optimization schemes suitable for JH steel structure
company .And hope in this way can we solve the performance management problems
of JH company and enhance its performance level , furthermore also provide similar
enterprises in the rapid development with a certain reference in the process of
performance management .
