为达到上述研究目的,本文在综合借鉴国内外已有研究成果基础上,以人力资本理论、交易费
用理论、系统论、教育生产相结合理论为依据,首先对高职院校校企合作机制进行理论分析,然后
对广东科学技术职业学院校企合作运行现状及历程进行实证分析,再对广东科学技术职业学院校企
合作绩效进行评价,提出合作中出现的问题并分析成因。在综合借鉴国外校企合作成功做法的基础
上,最后探讨广东科学技术职业学院校企合作机制优化对策。
通过研究主要形成如下结论:广东科学技术职业学院校企合作机制欠缺法律和制度保障,组织
功能不健全,企业参与积极性不高,“双师”建设有待加强,机制建设经费不足,政府责任不完善。
究其原因有:缺乏国家和市场化导向、经费投入以及专门的法律制度保障;企业,学校,教师观念
还没有彻底转变。
基于以上研究结论,本文主要提出以下对策建议:要完善机制建设和组织功能机构、提高企业
的积极性、建立双师制度、不断提高教师科研能力及办学水平、要强化政府责任。这样才能使校企
合作机制更有效的运行,提升校企合作的核心竞争力,保障深层次校企合作的进行。

Developing the college-enterprise cooperation is the objective requirement of economic development
and higher vocational education in our country, under the guidance of the related policies and the great
importance our nation attached,college-enterprise cooperation of Guangdong Institution of Science and
Technology is booming, but how to solve the problems arising from the cooperation and optimize the
college-enterprise cooperation mechanism further is urgently needed to study. This is also the key issues to
develop it sustainable and effectively.
For the purpose of the study, this article firstly analyzes some related theories on the basis of existing
research results at home and abroad and the human capital theory, transaction cost theory, system theory,
education production combining theory, then to present situation and the process of college-enterprise
cooperation operation in Guangdong Institution of Science and Technology. Thirdly, make some comments
on its performance evaluation, then put forward the problem in the cooperation and analyze the causes.
Finally, discusses the optimized countermeasures.
Through above research this paper mainly forms the following conclusion, such as lack of legal and
institutional guarantee, organizational function is imperfect, enterprise participation enthusiasm is not high,
double qualified construction needs to be strengthened, fund of mechanism construction is short, and the
government responsibility is not perfect. Why these exist are state and the market-oriented need to be
improved, funds investment have to put into. Ideas of enterprise, school, and teachers have not been a
complete transformation.
This paper puts forward the following countermeasures, to consummate the mechanism construction
and organization function mechanism, improve the enthusiasm of enterprises, to set up the double-qualified
system, constantly improve the level of teachers' scientific research ability and education, to strengthen the
government responsibility. In these ways can we make the cooperation mechanism efficiently and enhance
the core competitiveness of college-enterprise cooperation and safeguard deep college-enterprise
cooperation.
