KMGX国有资产经营有限公司(以下简称“国资公司”或“公司”)是经KM市

人民政府批准,由KMGX开发区管理委员会(以下简称“管委会”)投资组建的国

有独资企业。国资公司成立于1992年8月,其前身为KMGX开发区开发建设总公

司。历经了 22年的风雨历程,公司由成立初期仅有4500万元注册资本的企业,逐

步发展壮大成为一个总资产60亿元,净资产7. 5亿元,承担着GX区投融资、国

有资产管理和开发建设等职能的重要企业。

基于以上背景,笔者根据自己在国资公司十多年的工作经验,结合自身的工

作实际,分析研究公司成长的因素,主要是制度建设、企业文化建设、激励机制

等,总结成功方面和存在的不足,为国有独资企业的发展提供建议和启示。

本文的主要内容包括六大部分:一是介绍了本研究的背景、研究目的和意义;

二是对相关的一些概念做了辨析;三是对国资公司的发展历程做了一些评述;四

是对国资公司的成长因素进行分析;五是分析了国资公司存在的一些问题及未来

的成长趋势;六是从国有独资企业特点及现代企业管理等多个方面做继续研究。

ABSTRACT

KMGX State-owned Asset Management Company Limited (hereinafter referred to

asthe company or the company) is approved by KM of the Municipal People's

government, from the KMGX Development Zone Management Committee (hereinafter

referred to as the committee) state owned enterprise invested. The company was

founded in 1992 August, its predecessor for tiie development of KMGX Development

Zone Construction corporation. After 22 years of ups and downs, company by

company with registered capital of 45000000 yuan at the beginning, and

gradually develop into a total assets of 6000000000 yuan, net assets of 750000000

yuan, an important enterprise bear the GX investment and financing, state-owned assets

management and the development and construction of functions.

Based on the above background, the author in the ten years of working experience in

the company, according to the practice, analysis of factors of firm growfli, mainly is the

system construction, the building of enterprise culture, incentive

mechanism,summarizes the successfiil aspects and problems, for the country is to

provide advice and inspiration to the development of a sole proprietorship enterprise.

The main content of this paper includes six parts: the first part is

the background, research purpose and significance of this study; the second part is

on some related concepts to make the discrimination; the third part is the development

of the company to do some review; the forth part is the growth factors

on the company's analysis; the fifth part is to analyze some problems of state-owned

assets company's existing and development trend in the future; the sixth part is from

many aspects of characteristics of state-owned enterprises and modern enterprise

management continue to study.
