摘要
伴随全球化经济的迅速发展,企业间竞争越来越激烈,不仅仅是中国企业
之间的竞争,国家之间尤其是中国、印度、东南亚国家关于世界生产制造中心
的竞争也越来越激烈。中国风能行业在高速发展之后,已经受到了诸多限制,
比如电网传输的限制。现在整个风能行业已经进入重新洗牌阶段,价格竞争相
当激烈。众多国内的国有企业、民营企业开始和外资企业进行激烈交锋,并且
凭借自身价格优势逐渐获得优势地位。外资风能设备制造业的企业需要依靠高
效、低成本的供应链才能够突出重围保持核心竞争力,其中供应商质量管理就
是重要的组成部分,没有好的供应商质量管理,企业的成本就会大幅上升,质
量问题会频频出现,客户会失去信任,企业也就会因此失去市场份额,所以企
业进行高效的供应商质量管理非常重要。

本文阐述了供应商质量管理相关的基本概念和理论,分析了供应商质量管
理的相关内容、目的和意义。重点研究风能设备制造业 C 公司供应商质量管理
的全过程。文章运用波特五力模型分析了 C 公司的运营现状并将供应商质量管
理作为公司发展的战略重点。通过分析 C 公司供应商审核现状,提出了供应商
企业社会责任指引审核及体系和制程审核的改善策略。针对 C 供应商样品的问
题,进行有效分析并提出了具体的改善方案。对于供应商批量供货问题,C 公
司通过在供应商处推行精益六西格玛一起合作立项解决。本文结合供应商的实
际案例阐述如何通过运用精益六西格玛 DMAICL 方法来帮助供应商解决批量供
货问题。通过加强与供应商的战略合作,提升供应商和 C 公司的竞争力。其中
运用了比较法、图表法、柏拉图、因果图、测试量系统分析 MSA,方差分析
ANOVA,双样本 T 分布等。

本文主要关注的是风能设备制造业的供应商质量管理,风能和汽车行业不
同,量小样品多,供应商质量管理有一定难度。本文重点研究风能设备制造业
供应商质量管理的最核心的三部分内容,供应商审核,样品确认和供应商批量
供货,内容涵盖了供应商质量管理的整个过程。另外关于供应商企业社会责任
审核的研究之前很少有论文涉及,本文进行了一定篇幅的讨论,后续企业对供
应商企业社会责任进行审核也是企业供应商管理的新趋势。

ABSTRACT
Because of the rapid development of the global economy, not only have
intense competitions between Chinese companies, but also have serious competitions
among enterprises in China, India, Southeast Asian countries for manufacturing field.
The development of China's wind energy industry is rather fast, now the wind energy
industry has a lot of restrictions, such as power transmission limitations. Now the
entire wind energy industries enter into the re-shuffle stage, the price competition is
quite fierce. Many domestic state-owned enterprises, private enterprises have a
intense battle with foreign-funded enterprises The domestic state owned enterprises
and private enterprises have a obviously price advantage, so if a foreign-funded
enterprises still want to keep the leader position, have to enhance the supply chain
management with high efficiency and low cost, especially for the supplier quality
management. If the supplier quality performance is not good, will make customers
lose confidence, companies will lose market share, so supplier quality management
is very important.
The present paper discusses supplier quality management related basic
concepts and theories, analyzes supplier quality related content, purpose and
meaning. Mainly focus on Wind Energy equipment manufacturer Company C ‘s
supplier audit, first sample qualification and supplier mass production. This article
analyzes the current situation of Company C with Porter's five forces model, and
then analyzes the supplier audits status of Company C, provides improvement
strategies for new supplier audit and corporate social responsibility guidelines and
process auditing system improvement. Also provides specific improvement plans for
Company C for supplier samples question. Currently C company implements Lean
Six Sigma, also derives supplier to use Lean Six Sigma. This article discusses how to
use Lean Six Sigma DMAICL methods to help supplier to solve quality issues
through actual cases, then can promote company's competition. The present paper
utilizes graphical method, Platonic method, cause and effect diagram, MSA,
ANOVA, two sample analysis with T distribution etc.
This article focus on the supplier quality management of wind energy

of mass production is less, the first sample quantity is more, so the supplier quality
management is not easy. This article focus on the whole major supplier quality
management process include supplier audit, first sample qualification and supplier
mass production, focus on the research on the three critical process. In addition,
there are a few paper to do the research for supplier corporate social responsibility
guideline, this article have some research on that, also will be a trend in future.
