摘 要
集团客户是中国银行唐山分行的主要客户资源,其贷款额度已占据该行贷款总额
的半壁江山以上。加强对集团客户授信的管理,防范授信风险,已经成为中行唐山
分行当前内控管理中最重要的内容。本文在对集团客户授信风险相关理论研究的基
础上,结合中行唐山分行对集团客户授信风险管理的工作实际,对集团客户授信管
理的模式、操作流程和评价方法分别进行了阐述,提出了改进措施,构建了集团客
户授信风险评价指标层次体系,并在中行唐山分行对开滦集团客户的授信项目评价
中进行了实际应用。

首先,本文对集团客户的范畴、特征进行了阐述,之后对集团客户授信风险的概
念进行了界定,然后对集团客户授信风险管理情况进行了探讨。

其次,对中行唐山分行集团客户授信风险管理的现状进行了具体分析,指出了该
行在对集团客户授信风险管理的工作中存在的不足之处。

再次,针对中行唐山分行集团客户授信风险管理中存在的问题,提出了改进集团
客户授信风险评价方法,借助层次分析法构建了集团客户授信风险综合评价的指标
体系,并对该指标体系的具体评价方法进行了明确的阐述。

最后,采用案例分析法,运用集团客户授信风险综合评价指标体系,对中行唐山
分行的开滦集团授信项目的风险情况进行了综合评价,根据综合评价的结果进行了
实际贷款决策应用。

The customer group is the main customers of the Bank of China Tangshan branch.
the total loan amount of the customer groups’ has occupied more than half of the bank
loans. Strengthening the management of granting credit to customer groups and guarding
against credit risk have become the most important content in the management for the
Bank of China Tangshan branch. In this paper, based on the related theories of the group
customer credit risk, combined with the actual situation of Tangshan branch of the bank
risk management, three aspects of management mode, operation process, evaluation
method for group customers are described. Constructs the group customer credit risk
evaluation index hierarchical system. Finally the paper puts the group customer credit risk
evaluation index system of the Bank of China Tangshan branch into practical application.
First of all, the paper investigates the group customer category, characteristics in
detail, then defines the concept of credit risk of group customers in this paper, and then
conducted the system research to the group customer credit risk management.
Secondly, the paper summarizes the actual group customer credit risk management of
the Bank of China Tangshan branch and analyzed the deficiency and its causes which
existed in the concrete work of risk management.
Once again, the paper puts forward to strengthen measures to improve risk
management. The measures is that based on the analytic hierarchy process, the paper
construct the index system of credit risk evaluation means, and defines and explains the
group customer credit risk evaluation index system of the evaluation methods.
Finally, from the point of view of quantitative analysis, using the group customer
credit risk evaluation index system, the paper evaluates the K group of the Tangshan
branch of the bank credit projects, and according to the comprehensive evaluation result,
the paper makes decision of the actual loan application.
